The hotel is located near Manchester Piccadily station, so very convenient and there is a bus station just outside which could seem a bit crowded. The room that we stayed in was very nice as it was newly renovated including its bathroom. The hotel was built in 19th century, so it has the classic feel, though it might not be as beautiful as shown in the pictures. An additional in-room refrigerator would be nice too. Overall we enjoyed our 2 nights stay there. Recommended for those looking to stay at location with easy access to public transport at a reasonable price.
