The AC didn’t work for 4 days. It’s was very hot at night and staff could never tell us when it would be fixed but it never did…

We did not realize that the pools were not open til the following weekend. Very disappointing

Location to lake Okanagan was superb, good walking along waters edge and toward Kelowna. Parking easy, clean room with great amenities. No grocery or variety stores with walking distance. Hot tub not very hot, but relaxing just the same. Would definitely recommend
