Friendly staff

Friendly staff. Room spacious, clean.

We booked this hotel over another because it has a hot tub. Unfortunately the bubbles did not work so it was just a big tub of hot water to sit in. The person at the front desk was no help.

Friendly staff and constantly cleaning and keeping the place tidy! Totally great!

Staff provided great service. Unfortunately there were roaches in the room, we hear the same complaint from couple guests

We specifically chose this hotel because the site said they have cribs, but they do not. When we asked about the crib we had requested when booking, they said they’ve never had cribs at the property. It was a difficult night for us and our baby. Also, when we entered the room, we were hit with a hot musty smell. Parts of the carpet were wet and there were visibly dirty places all over the room (a chunk of something on a nightstand, food crumbs on a chair, dirty spots all over the couch, etc.).

This was the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. Not only was the room filthy and rundown, but the property as a whole. We ended up checking out a day early and cutting our trip short to avoid staying there another night. When the desk attendant was informed that we were checking out a day early, she could care less and sent us on our way.

The stay was nice I was just very confused

It was a quick turnaround trip and needed a safe comfortable place to rest. I’ve stayed at this location many times over the last 10 years and it just gets better

Good place to stay

When I made the reservation it was for 4 people but they still didn’t put extra towels in the bathroom. The TV wasn’t working, too. And, you can see that it needs updating and needs to have a proper or deep cleaning.

I did not like that the water pressure was very low in my unit. The pool was poorly maintained, it was dirty, very murky. The hotel staff were not dressed professionally, did not behave professionally, and did not appear professional. There was a lack of professionalism, not all staff but most.

Rooms were clean, beds comfortable, breakfast smelled wonderful, staff helpful. Vending machines not working.

I wanted an overnight stay with a jacuzzi and pool with breakfast included, and a friend recommended it to me. My room was the Last Available so I was on the bottom floor, it got real loud after 10 so we just turned the TV up. The worst was jacuzzi and flow of water in shower-didn’t work-very low

Loved my experience for July 4th weekend.

Service and staff were great. What wasn't great: room had smell of Marijuana, there was dirty walls in hallway, the complementary breakfast had burnt sausage, and lastly, my wife saw a love cockroach in the breakfast bar area.

Needs some updates

Overall, stay was good. Spa jets did not work and we were not told to grab pool towels from front desk. Beds were comfortable. Also, wish they had a bit more variety with breakfast. No fruit at all the first day and then one choice the second. We also like an alternate of sausage or bacon as my family has different likes.

Clean but showing its age - needs a facelift

There was dirt marks on sheets, beds were squeaky, tv didn’t work, hallway on third floor smelled like weed, the first floor was over kill scented by fabulouso. The workers were all very nice & made us feel comfortable.
