After we booked this hotel, we were notified of the renovation. It was too late to change at this point. The hotel room itself was disgustingly dirty. We were moved to another room the next day. It was better but still filthy rotten and dirty. I do have pictures of everything. You have to pay $30 a day for parking because they only have valet the main pool which was the drawer to go. There was under renovation so we couldn’t even use it. They did have a smaller one.. the valet manager would not reimburse us the $30 per night for the valet however, the hotel did reimburse us the resort fee of $28.00 per night since the amenities you could not use

The property was lovely and the room was clean and comfortable. However, valet parking is required and $30 per night. The valet drop off was approximately 1/2 mile from our room and while there was usually a golf cart at the valet station to take us to our room, we were only able to reach the front desk to request a golf cart to pick us up at our room to go to the valet station on one out of three days. The other two days we were on hold with the front desk for over 20 min and no one ever answered, so we had to walk in 90 degree heat & humidity. We were told there was an issue at the front desk.

The most disgusting hotel I have ever been to. We checked in reviewed the rooms and left immediately. No apologies from the front desk. When I followed up with them the following week in hopes of getting a refund, they informed me that these issues have to do with the housekeeping department and not technically their responsibility. DO NOT GO.

A lot of construction currently made things very hard to access. Rooms are very dated. Need updated and refreshed.

The picture this resort uses is a big pool. This is false advertising as this pool is under construction. Construction and fencing everywhere. They have the construction workers LIVING at the hotel and standing out shirtless, smoking cigarettes grilling off grills on the balcony. A rat ran out in front of my feet. There was something dirty like feces on the duvet. Totally a nightmare

Stayed there last weekend.The big pool is closed due to renovation till November 2025. That was disappointing-no one told us about it. Valley parking is 30 a day,the room did not have a fridge - unless you want to pay more money.Food at the restaurant was great,smaller pool packed.The phone in the room was not working(they are replacing them).First room we got room 333 had a big stain on the carpet, bathroom was broken- we moved to room 352 - few hours later AC stopped working-they fixed it,but it died in the middle of the night again.Beer 8 burger 18.Service nice.Will return when pool is open.Sharon gave us 50 bucks off from the total price.That was nice!Make sure you ask what you get for the room you reserve.In general it was ok.We don’t golf and play tennis though.If you do -nice place to get away from work.

The stay was unfortunately shorter than planned due to the fact that when doing checking we were advised as other guest did too at same time of the nicer and bigger pool being closed for construction. The pool was the mainly attraction to the family start so we end up making pur stay shorter one night rather than two Would love to go back after renovation is done Just wished I would have known about this to avoid waisting precious family time

The room had spiderwebs and dust no refrigerator

This isn’t a great review so I’ll start with the good. The valet was fast and golf cart drivers were amazing. Very friendly and helpful. If I ever go back it would be because of them. The hotel is very old and run down. It seems like they’re in the process of renovating. However, nothing was as advertised. I specifically booked because of their accommodations. The pool area was closed and under construction. The restaurants on property were closed for renovations. The rooms were dirty. The carpet moldy. The bathroom leaking. You have to valet because there’s no selr

I chose the property because of the advertised pool and resort like feel. Everything was under construction and everything available was expensive plus not explained.

I didn't like that we had to pay for valet everyday per vehicle, and we weren't told about it prior to booking our stay there. This added a lot of extra costs. As well, there were bugs in the bed.

The place was not clean. It was moldy, the carpet in the conference rooms were falling apart. I was sneezing and my eyes hurt and watered the entire weekend. Everyone was complaining and some if the parents were glad they didn't stay there. Transportation was inconvenient and during peak hours you wait over an hour for Transportation. No housekeeping while on property. I will never stay there again

Very big, i didnt like mandatory valet service for a daily fee even tho it was convenient and staff was super nice. Ours was waved due to disability. Cart rides were available to different areas of the resort. Were we supposed to tip for each cart ride? Great view of golf course except in day carr drove right by our patio. OUR FAULT WE LEFT COURSE SIDE PATIO DOOR UNLOCKED . medicine was stolen while we were gone. No cameras. All other area were excellent. Pool was awesome, huge, windes around, plenty of seating.pool bar. Restaurant by pool has great food at reasonable prices and excellent staff. I recommend the resort and id go again.

My wife hated it here. They are under renovation. Pool is closed. Do not stay. Limited free parking. Valet driver that run golf carta are rude. Just a horrible stay all around. Left a clmplaint with Expedia bit could not get a refund or cancel stay. I no longer use expedia

Upon arrival we were greeted very friendly! We get to our room, the tv isn’t connected to the internet so we call front desk they put a ticket in for an engineer to check it in the morning. We said okay had day trips plans to be out of the room. I called on my way back about 3:30pm and the front desk agent stated that she would put another ticket in. By 5:30 pm on Saturday our tv was still not fixed mind you we checked out Sunday morning. So I call the front desk once again and the agent lets me know the engineer said they are having internet issues and that we could move to another room even tho we checked out in the morning! I agreed to move rooms because the bigger pool they advertised was closed. A small serenity pool was open, but that’s not the one we booked the room for. They did end upgrade our room when they moved us and we enjoyed snacks and got to end the rainy night watching tv!

Very outdated resort. Most amenities were closed for renovations which is fine but was not disclosed before booking. Tv did not work in the room because the internet wouldn’t connect. Valet is super slow and the only available option

The staff did their best to accommodate us even though the whole resort was undergoing major renovation, which was not disclosed when I booked stay months ago (was there for 10 days). The main pool, spa, most restaurants were closed when we arrived. We were not informed before to the stay. The air conditioning was not on in the gym. The carpets in the rooms were stained, the rooms were not properly stocked, and the furniture was very worn/stained/dated. Construction was ongoing the entire time we were there. Bed was very comfortable. Not the resort experience we were hoping for. Again, the staff was very accommodating and helpful through it all.

The “resort” was under construction. It should have NEVER been open to the public. They charged an amenity fee when we didn’t have access to any amenities. The main pool and pool bar was shut down. The fitness center was closed. The patios, windows and grounds are not cleaned daily. The hotel rooms are not cleaned during your stay. the grounds keepers fly by your window at 6:30 am driving back and forth and waking you up everyday.

Unsafe due to limited areas for people with mobility issues. Filthy dirty floors- both tile and carpet- to the extent our feet were black after walking on them. Maid service did nothing but fold our used bath mat and replace the 2 towels but not the washcloths nor did they take the used towels or wash cloths. No vacuum or bed making or wiping anything down. No option but to use the valet service for $30 a night then charged again a resort fee for the amenity of having that service, rides to our outlying room after arrival, a spa we never found due to construction having moved it and a small pool for $28 per night. Both fees were exorbitant due to the construction and current conditions. The audacity of charging for both due to their own circumstances on top of resort hotel nightly charges is ludicrous. I had already paid and was unable to get refund or would have left upon check in. The only bright spot was valet and bellman.

No hot water the phone does not work in the room. There is no fridge bedbugs terrible experience.
