When I arrived at 23.30 the front desk staff member was very, very helpful assisting me to find parking in an overful carpark. Top marks. The hotel is 10 minutes walk and 6 U bahn stops from the historic centre. Breakfast was very crowded and not very nice food. I don't mind children, but if you do, be aware that there are LOTS of them in this hotel, at least in high summer.

The staff member at check in was friendly. The room was as described. It was clean and a reasonable size for a family of 4 but the drink fridge did not keep the drinks cool. There was always just enough space in the Hotel parking lot. It was an easy drive into town, and had food choices nearby.

Eventhough the property needs a renewal, the room was clean and tidy. There are no other ameneties near by so take that into account when you book for a long stay. Staff is helpful and nice. It would be nice to change the buffet a little during the week.

My stay at Novotel was truly exceptional from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm and professional demeanor. Check-in was smooth and efficient, allowing me to settle into my room quickly after a long journey. The room itself was a pleasant surprise. It was spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully equipped with modern amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The attention to detail, from the high-quality linens to the complimentary tea and coffee, was apparent and appreciated. The location of Novotel could not be more convenient. It’s situated close to [mention any significant landmarks, shopping areas, or transport hubs], making it easy to explore the city. The staff were also happy to provide recommendations and directions, which enhanced my visit. What truly set Novotel apart was the exceptional service. Every staff member I encountered was help.

Hotel is nice and very friend staff. Kids stay and have breakfast for free :)

One of the beds, a really old one, literally collapsed /fell apart during the night. One of the blankets we got had a large disgusting black spot on it - presumably blood.

I have stayed in this hotel many times when I am in Nuremberg. I’ve always liked this hotel. I was very disappointed that they charge me parking. That should’ve been disclosed when I booked with Hotels.com. Altogether we had seven rooms in our party and I hate when hotel nickels and dimes me. The staff works extremely hard. The waiters and bartenders were literally running to get orders out on Sunday. They should’ve had more help. It’s certainly not their fault, they were doing the best they could. Staffing is very important.

The room and hosts were super nice. I loved this hotel. The one thing that could have been better was the bartender who I had to tip extra to be friendly.

Finally fixed the EV charger for our trip. Always stay here when transitioning between Switzerland and Poland.

Fantastic breakfast, variety of foods. Room was clean and had all basics. Parking available at small charge, pet friendly. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel, large rooms, polite personnel, comfortable parking outside. Main negative was the removal of all toiletries and there was no soap provided in the room - really shocked! Soap was only available in the shower (the typical squeeze soap, surprised that this was still there) but difficult to reach from outside. It is essential to wash the hands during covid and therefore i found this as a major problem. It should be feasible to provide itemized soap just like it was done in the past and still done in other novotel hotels (ie in hungary).
