Great staff, great room, great stay.

We chose this hotel because the price-to-value ratio looked good and it had positive reviews. Unfortunately, once we arrived, the experience was very disappointing. The facilities are extremely poorly maintained. It was summer, and the air conditioner was broken, it made a very loud noise, making it impossible to keep on, and without it the room became unbearably hot. The room itself was very outdated and not well cared for; there wasn’t even a proper place to hang towels in the bathroom. We had to leave because it was not a suitable place to stay for a week, especially while traveling with family. We were not expecting a five-star hotel, but this one doesn’t even meet a basic two-star standard. We paid for a quadruple bed, and the condition of the room did not justify the price at all. It looks like the staff did their best for cleaning, but the problem was the poor maintenance to facilities. The only truly positive aspect was the staff. Everyone was very kind and understanding, and we truly appreciate that they refunded the remaining nights so we could find a more decent hotel for our family. I feel bad for the staff because they were excellent, but unfortunately the hotel itself does not offer a good guest experience.

It was a good stay. Although there was a bad guest shouting at 2am, the receptionist managed the situation.

Family room was great for a family of 4. Location was super convenient too. Staff was very helpful.

The family room was a success with kiddos.

Room was clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable . The staff was courteous and helped solve some self induced problems I had. I enjoyed the free breakfast, great way to start the day

The staff was friendly. Breakfast was busy so it was difficult for the staff to keep items stocked. Staff were helpful. Laundry was good but unfortunately slow being returned.

Breakfast menu had a nice variety Coffee was really good! Rhey gave me a box breakfast rhe morning I left early Kind and helpful everyone.

Very safe surroundings areas to walk, even during the night time. Hotel very good, with clean aeras and good housekeeping.

I have stayed here several times and even brought groups but was severely disappointed this time. They have started charging additionally for breakfast, which used to be included. The breakfast has always been average. After paying for one morning, we went out by Kennedy Park and paid less for a better breakfast. Also the night crew speaks very limited English.

I liked this place because it's very close to everything in Miraflores, I can do everything within walking distance. Restaurants, banks, tourist attractions, cinema. In other words, everything makes you feel good. The service at the hotel was excellent from everyone who works here, and especially the daily room cleaning was excellent.

Easy landing into Lima. Clean and centrally located. Has all of the basics and loads of shopping at your fingertips. I would stay again.
