Lovely decor. Spacious room. Lots of sockets. Comfortable beds and pillows. Great breakfast. Take away breakfast provided when we went on a trip. Water on arrival. Brilliant location to see the sites.

Everything as good as one can except. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast good and plentiful. Great central location for all our tours. Highly recommend this hotel for the price.

Rooms tidy and good sized, breakfast good for cold cuts, hot food limited. Recommend trying to get a room on the rear side and higher floor as seemed to be quieter. Location very good, 10 min walk to center of old town.

Hotel is very well located for exploring Bucharest, lots of nice restaurants etc within walking distance. Our favourite breakfast spot was Cookie Beacon not too far away, we didn’t try the hotel breakfast but the dining area looked nice. The hotel is modern, clean and has all the amenities you should need. The downside is that it’s very noisy due to being close to the road, we changed rooms for the remainder of our trip and managed to get better sleep and there was no issues with changing very accommodating. Overall a nice stay for what we had paid.

Super clean and comfortable hotel with very friendly staff. The staff at breakfast and housekeeping were particularly welcoming, as were the ladies on reception. We stayed for 4 nights and were particularly impressed with the breakfast and cleanliness of the hotel. My only inconvenience is that we didn't have milk or cream available in our fridge. I asked at reception for some and the guy wasn't too helpful. I ended up going to the shop myself to buy some. Otherwise a very pleasant stay. Thank you

Value for Money was fabulous for this hotel that is well located close to the Old Town and the Airport bus stop for service 100 back to Otapeni. Breakfast was very good and a reasonable choice which met my needs. Would happily recommend to others and would stay here again if ever back in Bucharest.

Air con worked well. Safe in room. Reception staff were great.

Suites were large and roomy, nicely decorated and everything you needed. Room was cleaned daily but coffee/tea and water was not topped up. Staff were helpful and friendly but slow on the front desk. Hotel transfers were very expensive. €40 one way compared to €12 in an uber!

Very spacious actually had a TV room or third person room that had a couch bed.

This hotel has zero consideration in assisting travelers. We were unable to make it to our reservation to the flight strike, and they were completely unwilling at all to assist with refunding or accommodations. I would suggest staying anywhere else than a hotel that will not help you if you need it

Friendly Staff, clean property, good location

Very clean, excellent location for Old Town area, lovely breakfast with a good selection, super comfy bed and good air con. Bathroom a decent size with toiletries and the balcony was lovely. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

The rooms are spacious. The location is great in the center of the city, many restaurants in the area and easy to walk around. The service is great. The breakfast is good. The condition of the facilities is generally good. There were some minor details (one of the lights didn’t work, the ventilation system in the bathroom was noisy), but it wasn’t a big deal.
