Very relaxed stay and staff very helpful.

Good location with plenty of parking. Nice restaurant and breakfast area. The room where I stayed was old style (though other rooms had been renovated), but very spacious and clean. Overall, good value for money.

The hotel was well located good car park, sports facilities and saunas available. I did not use food was very good in the restaurant. Breakfast was also good.

We loved our stay at Mount Errigal Hotel. The hotel was clean, our room was spacious, and all of the staff were very friendly and welcoming. There was plenty of parking available, and the electric vehicle charging stations worked perfectly, which was a great bonus. The travel cot was in good condition, the mattress and sheets on it were lovely and clean. My only criticism relates to the food options for guests with food allergies. The receptionist was very helpful and provided us with an allergen menu but there were limited safe foods. As a result, we weren’t able to eat in the hotel restaurant during our stay. Wasn't a huge deal as we were able to travel to the local Tesco and bought GF cereals and milk, then ate in Letterkenny for dinner. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and plan to return.

We have been at the Mount Errigal before and always enjoy the stay. The convenient car parking, spacious rooms and the polite helpful staff always make our stay enjoyable. The food is also exceptional and I would highly recommend a visit.

Parking was easy and we attended a wedding and it was a fabulous event with staff very friendly and attentive. The room was really clean.

The hotel is fine if you get one of the renovated rooms. We were first put in a room with threadbare carpet, dirty upholstered furniture and facing a road with non stop traffic. Once we moved to an inside room that was fully renovated we enjoyed our stay very much.

Great pool and perfect smaller pool for small children

Have stayed multiple times over the past 2 years never had any issues getting glasses with ice for the room was told no even tho I had stated I was staying. Went to reception to be told to go into the cafe boulevard to get it mentioned to the lady at reception that I had spoken to them and wouldn't give me any to be told she cant leave reception and that nothing else could be done. Had to also go and ask for a bath plug as there wasn't one attached or in any of the drawers within the room. Really disappointing experience.

The rooms are clean and tidy, and serviced daily. In the rooms you will find USB chargers and USC charges next to the bed, tea and coffee making facilities, a TV, iron and ironing board, hairdryer and a large desk. The bathroom that we had, had a bath with a shower attachment which had good water pressure. The hotel itself is lovely. The only downside of our stay, was that there was a large group of children staying with their parents (however, I didn’t see many parents, I just saw streams of children ages 8 to 15) and they ran riot in the hotel knocking on doors and running away, They rode in the lift up and down, and being loud and obnoxious like I mentioned I see many parents I saw just lots of children. What really annoyed me was that when we were checking out and taking our cases down, some kids got in the lift and disappeared with it. We stood there for about 10 mins, in the end I had to drag one of my cases down the stairs on my own. Leave it at the bottom the stairs and come up as I came up to grab the other case. The boys appeared in the lift. I was so angry I had to drag my other case down the stairs too. I mentioned this to the reception staff and they said to me were their guests of the hotel too. I was not happy with the reply I got.

Rooms were absolutely terrible and nothing like the pictures online. Staff they had (they were grossly understaffed) were in many instances rude and uninterested in being there. No room service, no ability to charge food to rooms, nowhere near enough parking ….the list is long. My booking was just one of a much wider booking. Essentially there were 100 kids and 150 parents there for the weekend. We also booked the function room on the Sunday for a sit down meal (250 people). Bar closed at 11:30, residents bar was only opened upon request. In short I’ll never return to this place and the vast majority of my colleagues and friends that joined us feel just the same.

Very friendly staff , nice lobby and bar , very well designed out room regards mirrors , desk , very comfortable beds with large windows with one window that opens a small bit . Bathroom was very good too with an amazing shower . Very good coffee making facilities and tea in the room . No fridge in the room though and you are no longer allowed ice from the bar . Great location to the town with a Lidl just around the corner . Didn't eat in the hotel as it was only one night and we had a busy schedule .

The only slight complaint, was how hot the rooms were. Turned radiator down to the frost setting but heating still came on in the morning! However, lovely hotel and staff all very friendly and helpful which makes the experience so much more pleasant. Would book again

The worse room ever I stayed the room had terrible smell and the bed must have been 40 years old and everything was so dated.
