Great place for a wedding

The check in was quick and friendly, The room was ample size The bathroom was clean with a great water pressure The bed was comfortable Has USB/C sockets next to the bed Has hairdryers No safe Had to ask for more shampoo, and some conditioner The breakfast was really good, buffet style Had a really good stay

Very friendly staff , nice lobby and bar , very well designed out room regards mirrors , desk , very comfortable beds with large windows with one window that opens a small bit . Bathroom was very good too with an amazing shower . Very good coffee making facilities and tea in the room . No fridge in the room though and you are no longer allowed ice from the bar . Great location to the town with a Lidl just around the corner . Didn't eat in the hotel as it was only one night and we had a busy schedule .

Clean hotel really friendly staff good value for money

The only slight complaint, was how hot the rooms were. Turned radiator down to the frost setting but heating still came on in the morning! However, lovely hotel and staff all very friendly and helpful which makes the experience so much more pleasant. Would book again

The worse room ever I stayed the room had terrible smell and the bed must have been 40 years old and everything was so dated.

The new look was really nice. The staff as always very pleasent

Room, staff, restaurant and spa were all great. Room was spotless and spacious. Food was amazing, staff were pleasant and helpful and the Sauna and Steam room were lovely. Would definitely return and would highly recommend

The room was nice apart from the bathroom which was for a disabled person washing my face and teeth were virtually impossible as i am 5foot 9 told reception and they said the only thing they could do was to down grade the room 😡. Then i ordered breakfast in bef for 9 which did not come had to phone about it they then brought it at 10 an hour late cold and horrible. Then on checkout they tried to charge for 2 breakfasts when I only ordered 1 terrible service would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The hotel is very outdated the staff are slow to serve and clean tables as i had to ask them to clean mine.

Excellent friendly staff. Hotel in process of updating, room dowdy but spotless. Bar, reception area lovely, food fabulous and inexpensive. Will stay again

Large hotel who cater for large numbers. Room big but old with furniture battered but usable. TV don’t work. Breakfast good.

Lovely staff and room. Just the shower, it looked great until I turned it on. Water trickled out. Very frustrating
