Overall it was a great stay. Friendly staff and delicious breakfast. Our only criticism was the sofa bed was very old and very uncomfortable to lie on - all springs unfortunately.

Very poor gluten free options and the portion sizes at the grill were extremely small vs next doors beefeater. Wild I have to even compare the beefeater 🙄

We were put in a twin room when we had booked a king room. We had to wait 45 mins for a table for dinner despite the restaurant not being full - we think they had insufficient staff due to a wedding. Dinner service was also extremely slow, and dinner took 2.5h to be served 3 courses to 2 people. The wedding went on well after 11pm and kept us awake. The mattresses were rock hard. Overall a very disappointing stay.

Room really clean and modern. Bed very comfy with great sheets. Air con worked really well even in 34 degree heatwave.

The hotel was clean, staff were helpful and the breakfast was good . There was plenty of parking . We arrived late and just needed a bed for the night before our cruise . Our issue was the comfort of the bed At home my bed is firm but the hotel bed was very hard the comfort topper had been well used and was flat . I had no sleep. If you like a VERY hard bed the hotel was good .

The Marriott's internet was not working. They had us on a backup system that was inadequate. The cooling system was ineffective. Our room temperature was in the 80s overnight.

Nice large room with comfortable beds. Staff friendly and helpful.

Excellent value for money. Great big rooms, comfortable beds. A shower not connected to a bath would have been nice, but over all excellent.

Front desk staff especially Michelle is excellent but the guy there keeps on saying the water in the dispenser would be refilled but it never happened

From check in to check out this was a really good experience. The air conditioning and temperature control wasn’t the best but for the price this was all great value. We didn’t stay long enough to enjoy the amenities but all looked good.

Hotel was great and staff were great. Only thing I disliked was the gym - the machines are extremely old and rusting.

Everything about the place was good, the staff, the bar clean room, I didn’t eat breakfast cause I never woke up in time for breakfast but their menu for lunch and dinner was good
