The heater is not working well in room 1404.

The hotel offers good value for its location and price. However, cleanliness and housekeeping were significant issues throughout our stay. We were part of a tour group that stayed at the hotel for four nights, and most members of our tour experienced similar housekeeping problems. After the tour ended, we extended our stay for an additional two nights through a separate booking made via the app. The front desk informed us that room cleaning was only performed when we checked out from the tour booking and checked back in under the new app reservation, between bookings rather than daily. Unfortunately, our room was not cleaned upon check-in and throughout the stay. As a result, guests were expected to manage their own rubbish disposal during the stay. While towels were supposed to be replaced daily, this was not consistently done either.

Very nice experience. Friendly and spacious room. Will stay here again.

A 4* hotel that is under renovation, no elevator, stairs, no bellboy, all self-service, rooms are not soundproof, no heater, the cold wind from outside can be felt, the toilet smells of urine, no water, but the tap can be turned on, the TV doesn't have any channels, they say the cable is broken😆..it's better to stay at another 4* hotel that already has a name..the price is not much different..honestly I feel like a dud for that price🥲

Clean hotel, right in the center of Melbourne, very convenient to travel

overall good and facilities in the room is complete, would be great if include free internet facilities 24 hours. because free only 30 minutes the rest paid. and when check in is required to pay AUD 75 again, the reason for cover if there is use of the facility outside the initial booking example of additional breakfast :) the hotel states if there is no excess use of the facility, then the funds will be refunded. Let's wait and see ... out there it's all okay bgt ...

Location is good. Room is excellent. But the front office is not polite.
