In the heart of Madrid

The hotel is perfectly located for many of Madrid's popular visitor attractions and landmarks and was excellent value for the price. Almost every location, landmark and area we wanted to visit was within a 10-20 minute walk. And the stop for the airport express bus was a leisurely 10 minutes stroll away. Our room was clean and tidy and appeared to have been renovated relatively recently. All the staff were welcoming and very helpful. We had a problem with a broken bed when we arrived, but this was resolved quickly and very much to our satisfaction with the staff going 'above and beyond'! The breakfast room, located on the 5th floor was tastefully decorated and furnished and the floor to ceiling windows provided spectacular views of the architectural splendor of the impressive buildings across the street. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious, fresh food to suit all tastes. The breakfast staff were welcoming and kept replenishing all the food options whilst clearing away the tables, so no waiting around. Check in and check out was hassle-free. Only negatives I can think of were that the corridors were in need of a bit of a refresh in terms of decorating. But were all kept clean and tidy. The two elevators are small, with room for max 4 people at a squeeze. But as there are only 12 floors we never had to wait more than a minute or two. Overall I would say this hotel offers excellent value, given its prime location and breakfast room and food on offer

The property was too expensive for what it offered. The area is great but the rooms and property is old. They have a great breakfast with beautiful view. The walls are thin and you can hear everything going on outside your room. The cleaning staff was rude in the sense that while they cleaned they didn't mind making extreme noise while cleaning and vacuuming at really early hours, 7am. Guests were coming in at 4am making loud noises after partying and nobody quiet them down.

We stayed for one night. It was perfect, had everything we needed, the bed was comfy, the rooms were big, and the shower was the best shower I’ve ever been in! Breakfast was brilliant too with an amazing city view. Definitely going to book again for the winter months when I return to Madrid.

Bathroom and room smelled the entire time of mold toilet waste - clean enough. Convenient location but would never stay there again

Very clean and nice hotel. Staff is very friendly, very welcoming. Room is spacious, clean. Breakfast is worth to try, everything is super delicious. Hotel located ina great location, walking fistance to all main sightseeing attractions. I would stay there again and of course reccomend it.

Bello hotel en el centro de Madrid. Personal muy atento, hotel acogedor. Delicioso desayuno en terraza cerrada con vista extraordinaria a la ciudad. A pasos de la Gran Vía, iglesias, comercios y entretenimiento.
