awesome staff great location

The staff and the rooms were amazing. I loved everything about it. The place was safe and walkable. The only thing I would say is don’t get a room near the kitchen because it can be noise and wake you up at 7am

Excellent location! Few blocks away from excellent places to eat. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

being using this hotel since 2012! I like its big size and high ceiling rooms. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Location is very convenient located near plaza de armas, cathedral, theaters and museums. Only dark spot is a bar located infront of it, ask for a back room to avoid music noice.

Love to location close to the main attractions and parki g spots if you have a car.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights and we really like it. The price is very reasonable. You can walk to city center in 5 minutes. The room was clean and breakfast was excellent. The parking is one minute walk and it was free. This hotel is EXCELLENT.

Everything was satisfying

It was very basic but it was close to the Catedral of Guadalajara that made it worth it. We didn't spend much time in the hotel. The mattress was very hard. The shower was hard to use without getting everything wet.

breakfast was terrible the food was cold and not to much to choose from, i wont go there again

It was a nice place to get away to. Not what exactly what the pictures show room wise. Gave me hacienda style place really friendly and helpful staff.
