Bedding was old and worn( should have been replaced). It was extremely loud and not addressed by on site attendants.

We did not get the room we booked online. The bed was also uncomfortable and the sheets were itchy. The couch was disgustingly dirty.

There’s no microwave in the room.

First room AC was destroyed, second room no remote. Staff was real nice

Amazed that there was no coffee maker in the room. That’s exactly what I’ve always wanted, getting up, brush my teeth get dressed, go to lobby to get two cups of coffee, one for me, one for my wife, then going back to the room and struggling to get my rm key out while holding two cups of coffee while in my mind, cussing out spark by hilton

Perfect place to stay near airport. The night staff who greeted us went above and beyond to accomodate and make us comfortable. Great breakfast. Comfortable beds. Terrific value

The first room we were in the air conditioner stopped working after repeatedly calling the front desk for an hour she finally came and looked at it and determined it wasn’t working we were moved to another room. The next room we were in was out of shampoo and co conditioner

My stay was short and sweet, just a layover on my road trip from FL to NC. Staff was very good from the front desk clerk to the lady that came up to help me with the hair dryer, to the lady that oversees the breakfast area. She was very accommodating and pleasant to speak with.

Staff needs to learn how to communicate better with each other and treat guess with kindness

It was reasonable priced for what it is. The bath tub is a joke, it has a really rough surface to lie down on and the plug was letting water out quickly and the overflow was terrible, it came off and showed a full overflow totally open pipe, especially for being a King suite.

Never coming back to this place

I specifically booked this room because as stated on their list of accommodations a shuttle could take us back and forth from the airport. I was so disappointed to learn that even after confirming before booking the shuttle was apparently not running during my stay. The front desk person didn't seem to be bothered by this and just said that the shuttle driver wasn't responsive so she didn't think it was available??? We wound up having to take Ubers to

It was good. Our air went out in our room but the young lady downstairs gave us another room while she was dealing with a big situation downstairs.

It was easy

The Spark is a good, no-frills property. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. There are tons of dining options nearby including popular fast food and sit-down restaurants. A Tanger outlet mall is literally minutes away as well as a Walmart (perfect for last minute or forgotten items) and grocery stores. My only complaint is that there was no microwave in the rooms, but one is provided for guests use in the pantry (which also has water, snacks, and OTC medications for purchase.) If I'm ever headed to Savannah again, I would stay again.

Pool was broken and green. Mold growing on walls and doorframe. Asked for extra towels and was give bath mats and told they didn’t have any. Ice machine was broken. Double charged us. Plus charged some fee for $75 that was not listed. Called main hotel to speak about it and they gave us multiple reasons as to why they charged twice and why we didn’t receive refund of $75. Worst hotel we have stayed at.

Trash piled up outside garbage can. Drain in tub was full of hair. Toilet near lobby over flowed. We had to use the side exit. Other than that staff was super nice. Very convenient location. Bar and grill across the street was very good

The property was perfect for my stay since it was close to my work. They had issues with the television in the room and the channels that were advertised to watch.

First time staying at a Spark. Was very pleased with the experience. It was very clean, staff was very nice rooms very comfortable. Will definitely give it a try again when traveling
