A quick overnight for a wedding in Quincy. Perfect location and convenient to wedding location. Quiet and nice breakfast in morning, also convenient parking. Staff was kind, courteous and respectful. Definitely would stay here again if in area!

Positive about property: Plenty of free parking and quickly accessible to major roads. Negatives: Unacceptably (yet avoidably) noisy. Our room on the 3rd floor was directly under an "event room". Management chose to set up this event room at 9:00 pm which involved staff dropping/slamming tables and chairs onto the floor. I complained to the front desk at 9:30 and the noise subsided - for 15 minutes. Then it started up again and I called the front desk. The desk attendant reported that the hotel needs to set up the event room and the noise will continue for about 20-30 more minutes - well past 10:00 pm. No apology, no acknowledgement that the comfort of all guests should take priority over the hotel's event preparation and maintenance activities. No explanation of why the hotel chose to start setting up a room after 9:00 pm. Unacceptable, particularly when you realize that the room rate is no bargain. The next morning upon checkout, the new front desk crew said it was aware of the noise and of my complaint, and that the general manager has been notified. I've never received a simple apology email or call from the manager. This hotel obviously doesn't care about guests' comfort or experience. I would never stay at the Town & Country Inn again - even if the room were free. There are plenty of other lodging options in Quincy that couldn't be any worse than this place.

Safe, quiet and clean. Staff was helpful and friendly. The entire stay was easy.

Great stay, clean and quiet. I would come back any time I am in Quincy. Nice big room!! Only things missing: places by the bed to charge a phone or to put phone and watch chargers. I had to unplug things and move end tables to make outlets available for chargers. The only other place would have been in the bathroom. It would also be helpful to have a waste basket in the bedroom or sitting area. Had to make up a way to arrange bags for trash from dinner in the room.

Why does Expedia ask a stupid question like 'eco-friendly', as if that has anything whatsoever to do with selecting a hotel stay? The hotel is nice, has some unique features like a library and cool woodwork.
