The staff was very courtesy. The bar service was great. Great views of the square. Property is located right next to the mall.

Perfect location - next to train station, a mall and the old town. What more can you ask? The room is clean and comfortable and the breakfast is good.

This is an excellent hotel to stay at because you are so close to the train station which has connection to anywhere you want to go. Very walkable area, lots of public transportation, and safe. The hotel has high quality rooms, friendly staff, and excellent breakfast. I would certainly stay again.

It was reasonable

First trip to Krakow so didnt know the place, but this a great base. The hotel is 2 mins from the station so easy to get too after a flight and the train in. Its also a close enough to the main square and all the restaurants. Hotel is very modern, clean and staff attentive. Its bar is nice and chilled too.

Location is excellent. Room is spacious and clean. Breakfast offers a variety of food. As we’re staying on the 1st floor facing the main road, it’s a bit noisy. Overall, it’s a nice hotel

This is a lovely hotel in an excellent location. It is just a few minutes walk from the train station which is on a direct line from the airport, a journey of seventeen minutes. It only takes about ten minutes to walk to the main square. It’s a lovely touch to be able to adopt a plant during your stay! Staff were all very helpful and the breakfast was delicious. If I was to return to Krakow I would stay here again.

We had an amazing stay! The hotel is near the main station and the old town!

We did not expect that the bed sheets will be changed daily, but we expected, that at least the bed is made properly. Towels were removed but not replenished. Same for the toilet paper. Also, as a Diamond member, I was expecting a little bit better treatment, even they told me at check in, that this stay does not count for my reward program. When I called a day before in order to see if they have an upgrade for me as a Diamond member, they were telling me that they need to look if anything is available but finally they told me there was no room available. I checked online, and I would have been able to book a suite the very next day and even further on. In any case a Diamond status does nor mean anything at all in this Wyndham property. A lot of room for improvement. All the best

Very convenient location, next to train station and shopping centre

Great property for the value. Right at the entrance to the old town square and directly next to the train station. Clean, safe, friendly, modern. Not much to complain about.
