I found cockroach in the property and AC is totally useless. These are very old ACs and not enough to cool the room. I was forced to use Fans and couldn't sleep full 3 nights and management is not very co-operative. When I complained about AC they told it will be like that only and everything looks ok. I asked him to vistit the next door McDonald and see how AC works. He refused to give the Fan and I need to report to expedia then I got a fan. My money is totally wasted. Since I couldn't cancel the hotel I was forced to stay there.

Comfortable room and bathroom

A couple of things about the hotel it mentioned that it has breakfast that he had a bar of which none of those two was true it might have been a long time ago but not anymore. The rooms are badly maintained and housekeeping does a poor job of keeping them clean. The terraza s in bad shape and not maintained at all. The only thing going for this place is How close it is to the sights in Pisa.

We just came back from our stay and were unfortunately very disappointed in both the standard/cleanliness of the rooms and the service. We weren't expecting luxury, but the photos are not representative of what the actual rooms look like or the bathrooms. We had two superior rooms - in one the air conditioning did not work, in both the bathrooms were in bad condition and smelled, and the bedlinen and quality of the beds was very poor. The terrace looked nothing like the photos and no breakfast/service to be seen. Location is amazing, but there has been no investment in this hotel in a long time.

This reservation was created by mistake (defaulted to a day of booking vs desired day of sta), and attempted to cancel within 1min! While Expedia service support and I directly tryied to change to a proper day (not even cancelling) and offering to pay some premium, hotel management didnt budge. This is not just a lack of customer service, but rather lack of desire to mantain customer's business.

It would have been a 4* as the receptionists were very helpful and gave good advice on how to get to places. Unfortunately last night having gone to bed early as I had a plane to catch in the morning a drilling and banging kept starting and stopping it was about 10.30 -11.00. When I went to reception to complain and ask them to stop it was found out the noise was coming from MacDonalds next door. The only solution was for me to change rooms. I agreed to sleep in the other room but would leave my belongings in the first room I needed to pack in the morning. I would stay there again but would ask for a room away from MacDonalds as they showed no respect for their neighbour.

It’s clearly an older property. No lift but we know that going in. The headboard of the bed was actually shredded 😳 weird! Apart from that, for a convenient location, great water pressure in the hot shower and a safe night’s sleep, it’ll do just fine. Wasn’t meant to be a 4 star hotel. The gentleman at the front desk did ask if I needed help lugging my suitcase up the flights of stairs 👍 The housekeeping gals were friendly and helpful 😁

It was so close to the Historical Area which was fantastic but near to noisy traffic also on the downside.

The hotel was awful, the room was filthy and covered in hair and bugs, there was no hot water in the shower and there was a disgusting smell coming from the drains in the bathroom. The only window in the room was a sky light which was covered up and could not be opened. Both me and my partner woke up covered in bug bites. The room felt unsafe as there was no way to lock it from the inside. We spent one night out of the three we had booked for and had to book a different hotel as we could not stay there any longer and were not given any sort of refund from the hotel. Yes this may be cheap but please if you are travelling to Pisa book somewhere else as this hotel is not just poor but needs to be demolished and finding a replacement hotel will cost you more overall.

A lady from the staff walked in on us while we were sleeping and it was quite uncomfortable. There was also mold everywhere in the room. It was quite disgusting. We tried to leave at night for water and the outside door was locked

The two main attractions are the exceptional price and incredible location. Perfect for my solo travel. Simple and effective. I didn't have breakfast, so can't be the best judge on that aspect, but overall thoroughly enjoyed it and if I return to Pisa, I shall return here.
