No parking close to the hotel, havent considered pre booking requests, shower not comfortable

Gym, Kids play area- pool closed wayyy to early.

Staff was nice enough, not too welcoming. Hotel seems old and run down but good for one stay. Hotel restaurant staff was not friendly or welcoming. Would not return to the restaurant again.

Overall fantastic hotel with great staff. Food was excellent and hotel situated centrally giving easy access to travel and other facilities.

Reception staff were excellent. Room was clean and very comfortable. Food in dining room was excellent despite the wait staff service.

Loved our stay at this precious hotel right in the heart of the town. Not much parking on site but parking 5 mins away was readily available. Staff were super and the charm of the place combined with the great meals and location made this a 5 star visit for us!

Beautiful hotel such lovely kind and friendly staff. When I arrived Marko on reception made me feel very welcome. I had a single room which was very comfortable and had a lovely view of the mountains. Breakfast fantastic and very welcoming and friendly staff. Hope very much to return as so good.

Excellent staff and a very warm welcome. This hotel has a wonderful family vacation atmosphere and the attached restaurant is outstanding. The pool area is also a nice touch. To top it off the hotel is surrounded by shops and dining options in the pedestrian zone. You can’t go wrong booking here. Excellent value

This Hotel has been revamp from the 7o's they have done a great job, the Loby and rooms all transformed as new. The staff were excellent. The Hotel is a bit disjointed but easy to find. close to railway station. The European restaurant was fantastic food. The bed was comfortable.

We had a great stay. The pool area was nice, but the sauna was really great. We used the massage service as well which was good. Breakfast was very confusing though, so beware if you book breakfast but not dinner you don't seem to get a table - the whole process was pretty confusing. But our room was comfy and nice.

Great property, great comfortable apartment. Parking was a pain as we had to park a 6 minute walk away which was tough with baggage

Great place to stay with large, clean rooms. The pool was fun for the kids, but I wish it stayed open longer. They do offer a unique parking experience but be aware that only the small cars will fit in the garage. Overall, a great place to stay with many dining options within easy walking distance. We would stay here again!

I was a single ouppancy for three days during February the room (606)was spacious fith full ame ities and had a small outside balcony with table. The hotel has two dining optins with a large bistro/ continental style resturant as well as a more formal option. Prices for food in the bistro were reasonable egv pizza 16 euros. Rreakfast was included during my stay andc was comprehensive with omlettes made to order as well as the varirty of meats,cheese freshly baked bread

We had a fantastic stay here, service 1st class all round, food excellent (we were half board), free afternoon cakes were absolutely delicious, sauna suite brilliant. Our waiter Hr Ferenc was amazing. Maybe issue guest card on arrival without having to ask for it would be good. The free local buses and train were excellent for getting to and from our walks which were thoroughly enjoyable. All in all a wonderful weeks break, thank you.

Excellent hotel with great facilities. Lots to keep the kids entertained. Staff were all very friendly. Food in the restaurant was excellent with lots of choice. Would definitely return.

I didn't realize this was a family hotel until we got there. It was amazing. Pool on the roof, slides, bar, hot tubs, cool off pools. AMAZING view of the alps during the day. Downstairs they have a game room for kids and pool tables. And the staff was excellent. Couple of restaurants in the building. The restaurants were good, staff was friendly and the food was good. Live music was ok guy singing was terrible.

Good budget option for staying in the centre of Seefeld.

Spectacular surroundings, unusual car lift to access car park. Some attractions (eg Stubai Glacier) access closed for ski season prep. Small supermarket close by. Confortable drinks lounge. No probs checking in or out.
