My kid was really looking forward to the pool. When we got there we found out the pool was in maintenance and we couldn’t use it. I wish we knew that before booking the hotel.

There was no soap in the rooms, upon request shower gel was offered with the promise there would be a delivery the following day. My stay was for 2 nights - soap was not delivered to the hotel during that time - not sure how lo g they had been without. The toilet in my room did not flush, when reported to the front desk i was advised that it would be fixed the following day, which it was. I was not offered an alternative room which was disappointing. The included breakfast was not the best. I have stayed at the hotel several times and have always found it comfortable, this will be my last time. The hotel has declined.

Our tv didn’t work in our room but they offered to switch our room or give us a discount. Loved that the property was pet friendly.

Check in staff was amazing! Room service from the next door restaurant was above our expectations!

Place as quiet, staff was inviting. Room wasn't as clean as I'd like, found some hair in the bathroom that wasn't ours and chip crumbs on the floor that weren't ours.

Stonebridge is a great place to stay.

We first stayed here about a year ago. Although its a well worn hotel it was clean and very convenient for the dogs. This stay the hotel was much less clean and they had removed ashtrays and things from the dog area. Cigarette butts were all over the place because there was simply nowhere to dispose of them.

For the price, I would say the hotel is decent. Definitely starting to become dated, a lot of the fixtures and stuff have seen better days. But the hotel is very clean, and the front desk staff are very attentive and always helpful. Being right next to Walmart is really good, and the casino is right behind the hotel.

I had a great stay at Stonebridge Hotel! The location is fantastic, making it easy to get around. One of the biggest perks was the big truck parking lot, which made parking hassle-free. The breakfast was amazing, with 22 different items to choose from—plenty of variety to start the day right. The elevators made access super easy, and the staff was absolutely awesome, always friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for convenience, comfort, and great service!

This hotel exceeded my expectations! Cleanliness was top-notch, and they even offer housekeeping in the evening, which was a great touch. The front desk staff was incredibly helpful, even assisting with carrying luggage to the room. The breakfast was fantastic, with plenty of delicious options to choose from. Overall, a great stay with excellent service!

We found a dog bone in the corner of our room and a baby bottle under the couch (when we pulled the bed out). Microwave still had crumbs in it and the window had a wierd bent extra metal/plastic slat resting beside it. Staff was nice and they had free breakfast, but the pool was closed for Reno's (which was not mentioned when we booked). For the price, we'll likely stay at the other similar hotels nearby next time.
