Dirt on baswboards and floor in bathroom. There was a dried dirty washrag hanging on the shower nozzle. Cabinet holding tv was leaning. Remote would'nt work half the time. Wifi password wouldnt work. Used pool first night, No towels stocked in pool area. Couldnt leave wet child to go get a towel from desk. 2nd day pool closed for cleaning and maintenence so couldnt use. Did not restock food for breakfast. Went to eat at 7 am but eggs were gone and weren't restocked.Elevator was being worked on 2nd morning. Took stairs, area was in disrepair and dirty. One doorway had spray paint randomly sprayed on if.

I just think that the hotel should contact or let people know if the pool isn't going to always be open. Part of the reason we stayed here was the heated indoor pool, when i contacted the hotel prior to booking i was told the pool would be open. When we arrived it was closed every other day.

The place was nice, we had a dirty towel in the room. 1/2 used shampoo bottle. Hair in the shower and only 1 washcloth provided!

We stayed from 3-26 thru 3-30. We had to get our own towels, and soap. they told us to just trash outside of door and they would pick up. Room was never serviced in the DAYS WE WERE THERE. Pool was not available..i am 84 and my friend 79. i tell everyone don't stay there.

Not clean. Stairs and main floors not vacuumed. Food all over carpet. Ran out of food for breakfast. We made it down by 8am and nothing replenished so we did not get breakfast. It was quiet and convenient to the university for us. Due to cleanliness, we will not book again. Sorry, I’m picky with presentation and customer service. The check in receptionist won my heart.

I booked this room for the indoor pool for my daughter to be able to swim. When we checked in there was a sign up that said the pool was closed for repairs. It turns out there were no repairs, because after that employees left, another one opened it after we checked in and we were already on our way to our event. Also the first room we were given smelled like smoke, even though i had to sign a waiver saying we would be charged 100 dollars if we smoked (we dont smoke), but were put in a room that reeked of it.

The room had a musty smell. There were places in the bathroom that had markings on the wall or floor that were overlooked by housekeeping. The remaining areas in the room were well cleaned, thankfully.

It says it’s a no smoking facility but our room reeked of smoke. The fire alarm lid was removed as well as the batteries which confirmed people had smoked in it.

Hotel is dilapidated. It is badly in need of maintenance / repair. Room air vents were black and musty. A/C did not cool room. Several light fixtures were missing light bulbs. Bed mattress was very hard. Hotel foyer ceiling had water stains. Electrical wires were exposed on wall at top of lobby stairs.

The room had bug in the window sill and room was just supposed to be clean. The towels and sheets on the bed will never see white again, I only stayed because this was the only hotel I could find.

The light bult in the lamp by fridge was not working, the coffee pot was missing a part to hold the filter. Dirty under the bed, not enough towels. Had to ask for water, to fill my bottle up, no water fountains. I did not like the $100.00 deposit, should only be $50.00. Property not recommended.

I think it was a really great stay.. I would suggest this hotel for sure.. I had a really nice experience through country inn.

Service wasn’t the best. Room was ran down. Dressers broken, overhead lights didn’t work. No wash cloths available. A/C was super loud when it turned on and off keeping us up throughout the night.

Breakfast wasn’t great not many options.

Run-down and dirty. Poor and unprofessional service

The room was clean but the air conditioning was not work right and the room was 80 degrees for most of the night. And they did not have another room to move us to be comfortable in.
