Staff were unfriendly and said food unavailable despite being advertised and serving a group who came later. Did suggested some restaurants which were shut and not open until after the weekend Hotel not as advertised and in a round down condition Will never visit this hotel again

Often stay here when driving through France. The location is practical and the bed is comfortable. The only down side is that there is very limited option in the area when it comes to food.

Overnight stay while crossing France to the channel. Parking secure, clean overall good night

Room was adequate for short stay and good value. Evening meal was excellent, thought the breakfast was poor. Very convenient parking for both hotel and local supermarket.

The room itself was basic but perfectly adequate for a one night stop, though it would havd been nice to ha e a proper cup rather than paper for hot drinks in the room. We had evening dinner and breakfast, both of which were fine. The main let down was the bathroom- when using the tap in the sink it came off in my hand (you had to be very careful when using it). Bathroom generally very tired looking, just 2 bath towels & no hand towel available

Clean and well located off an overnight stop. Only problem was no hit water for the shower. Good and reasonably priced breakfast

Property is being refurbished. The staff were very helpful and the on site restaurant had excellent food

We arrived late in the evening and were greeted by a friendly staff member for check in. The rooms were basic and clean. Free parking outside the room. The breakfast was plentiful. Perfect overnight for travelling close to the motorway.

Comfortable pit stop. Clean and friendly. In an industrial park so a bit desolate but a town is nearby and there there are many delicious food options.

The bed was too hard it was not confy at all. The pillow was not good.

Check in fine and staff friendly. Room OK except bathroom. WC difficult to flush; vinyl bathtub with shower over was slippery and no handle. Basin had large cracks and, if lent on when getting out of bath/shower, could shatter. Very dangerous!

the hotel was in the middle of renovating, so the facilities for a proper evening meal wasn't available, Breakfast was provided in a bag for you which had enough in there which was fine

Excellent standard of accommodation for the price. Service in restaurant in evening was friendly but poor as a number of options were not available - advised after ordering - and when selected meal served it was cold and had to be sent back. Then due to delays, dessert was cancelled by us but upon receiving bill in morning dessert was still charged. Other than evening restaurant experience, stay was fine.

The member of staff who was on reception was one of the rudest people I have met, he obviously doesn't like English people as he practically ignored us as far as he could!

The hotel is a little tired, and out of town, so not much I. The immediate area. Disappointing that the parking was not secure, missing fencing and the security gate wasn’t in use.

We had two rooms booked and they were at opposite sides of the hotel - not good. We asked to be near each other and we’re told the hotel was fully booked. We had booked our rooms several weeks ahead of our stay

The hotel offers basic accomodation, perfect for an overnight stop en route back to the UK. I've stayed twice now, and it is very well located near the A4 / A26 / N44. The rooms are basic, but the site is quiet, the bed is very comfortable, and the window shutter totally blocks the light - I slept really well. There is a restaurant next to the accommodation which offers simple food, although the buffet breakfast is overprived at €10 - I won't bother next time and will find a cafe.
