Property needs a major overhaul. Enough said.

I realize it's an expensive area, but the rooms in the hotel are poorly maintained. On the plus side, the air conditioner and hot water in the shower worked well, but the quality of the room was more consistent with a USD 50 room (e.g., poorly maintained Motel 6), rather than the USD 650 per night I paid. It was more comfortable than sleeping in my car, but I would never stay there again, nor would I ever recommend anyone to stay there.

The rooms were nice, but they really need some furniture in the room, they didn’t even have a chair to sit on inside the room. Other than that, ohh, and the tv is minimal if that’s your thing! But beautiful locations, pool area and gardens!

Great stay , i just had an issue with my AC that broke one day and had to stay like this for the night

The hotel itself is lovely. The location is great in Porto Cervo with parking included. The hotel is about 1 hour away to Palau which is where you catch the ferry to La Maddalena. The hotel room was much bigger then I an anticipated. Very clean and the beds are comfortable. The front desk staff was great and very helpful.

Ours was an ok stay, good location, close to the beach, less than 10 min walk. Hotel facilities could use an upgrade, especially bathrooms. Bed was ok pretty comfortable. Overall, probably would return for a short stay.

Nice location....great swimming pools. Rooms definitely not good - very basic. Rooms do not have any windows!! Apparently it is being done-up in the autumn...can't come soon enough!!

Safe didn't work furnishings dated and warped, room not ready until 3pm but have to leave early at 10am

Valentina at the front desk was exceptionally helpful in terms of hotel facilities, sightseeing and things to do. The dining room staff were also excellent! If you have the option, I would suggest getting a villa. The additional space makes a big difference.

we've had a good experience at the hotel. it was not a luxury hotel but it was good enough to spend some holidays. staff was gentle, swimming pool was very nice and rooms were not so comfortable but good enough. The only disappointment is the lack of a good food served on the restaurants. Restaurant was a pleasant place to stay for some drinks and meals but the food was not good an lack of options have made it worse.

You need a car if staying at this Hotel. Port Cervo and small beach nearby. Great pool, but rooms small and basic. Fitness suite is a small room with little usable kit.

We were really pleased with our stay here. The staff are really friendly and helpful. The pools and grounds are lovely. Our room was so close to the pool yet really quiet. The rooms are cleaned and fresh towels left every day. Great location, about 10 mins walk from Porto Cervo marina, 5/10 mins from a lovely beach.

If you want to be in Porto Cervo area, this is pretty close and not as expensive as most. But compared to most places in Italy or Europe, I think the build quality is low. Rooms really only have one source of natural light. So it's naturally dark in the room. The furniture has a smell from the late 60's. The lobby and restaurant are fine, but the as explained above, the rooms are not inviting. The pool is nice, but if you expect to play on nice tennis courts, think again.

El alojamiento está muy bien en todos los aspectos pero tuvimos problemas con la reserva al entrar y no se mostraron muy colaborativos ya que parecía que el problema era nuestro con expedia y en realidad era un fallo suyo. Lo importante no es solo de quien era el problema si no que parecía que querían desentenderse del problema.
