Staff bell boys, restaurant employees great. Front desk staff, terrible. Our airplane was programmed to depart at 01:00 am, I requested if we could stay in our room until 9;00 pm, understanding that we have to pay perhaps 50 % of the daily rate. They said to me that from 1:00 pm to 6:00 you pay half day rate, if you stay until 9;00 pm you have to pay one more night. I asked if I could be assisted in any way base on the circumstances, the reception manager said that she could not assist us and that was the policy and period. After 6 nights in the hotel, I didn’t expect such an answer. We were ready to pay some fee but another night fur few hours. Before moving out from Mexico, I was a sales director in Royal Zona Rosa, these days different name but, we always were looking how to assist our guests. Very disappointed end of our trip.

One of favorites. A classic. Great cost / quality balance. Clean rooms. Buffet breakfast with good taste and price. The atmosphere and furniture make you feel you're in the 70's. Pure longing for older people. Easy transport access. Definitely 100% recommended.

Hotel de confianza, limpio, con estacionamiento sin costo incluido, desayuno comodo y util. El hotel tiene sus años, pero esta cuidado a su medida y es justo en el precio que oferta. La zona es extremadamente conveniente en auto propio y transporte publico, asi como en restaurantes en los alrededores.

The room was dusty, the air conditioner worsened allergies because it isn’t properly cleaned, the bathroom wouldn’t flush, the bed was as hard as plywood, the iron was leaky and barely ironed clothes. Overall not worth the price, the only upside is that the area is very centric and walkable.
