Everything was great, location, food and how close you're to the port if you're taking a cruise. The only reason I gave it a four was the bed wasn't meant for a weary travel.

Close to the port, they helped arrange a transfer from airport (FCO) to Chiviacicia to the Hotel. Driver meet us right outside luggage. Was a very reasonable fee for the three of us. Check in was a breeze. It is a boutique Hotel. Small bar, breakfast included. Two blocks there is a fantastic pizza place call "The Nation", they were awesome and the pizza was to doe for! Next day they arranged shuttle to the Port, for 5 Euro each. Would stay here again for sure!

Small breakfast but everything you’d need to start the day properly. Room was large and beds were comfortable. Location was quiet and felt like we were locals in the village. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

This is the perfect hotel to stay in before a cruise! The staff are very kind, the room was clean, and the included breakfast was a nice bonus. Highly recommend using their transportation offers too; we were picked up from FCO in an air conditioned van and brought straight to the hotel which was amazing after a very long day of traveling. It took the guess-work out of finding our way there while exhausted and was worth every euro. We also paid 5 euro each to get dropped off at the ship the next morning. Initially we were planning to walk there because we were naive about how big the port is, but then we were glad we took them up on their drop-off offer after seeing it! Thanks for the great stay, we will definitely be back next time we're in Civitavecchia!

The Hotel is old, not like anything the pictures showed. The furniture is old and uncomfortable, the beds are like being back in the military so hard and leans inward. All I can say is to not take their offer to go for dinner at there other hotel food was terrible and they truly overcharged you. Other than that avoid if possible.

Absolutely no where to park and up the hill from town. No taxi will pick you up, and if they do,it'll $30 to go a mile into town

The hotel had an excellent shuttle service from the airport to the hotel, to the cruise port and even to a nice restaurant for dinner
The amenities were non existent no klenex no water no soap in the shower and such a small shampoo it was not enough to wash my hair. The wifi was terrible it was difficult to get any service even when we went to the lobby. This was very frustrating since we were trying to get important information about our cruise the next day. The staff was very good not always fluent in English. The hotel was a bit tired but clean. The breakfast was limited but good. It was a good hotel for a night before a cruise.
