It is conveniently located in Avenida Paulista where it is buzzing with activities, shops and banks. Staff is amazing and professional. I got a room upgrade because there was a privacy panel missing during my second stay there.

It’s more like a 4-star business hotel than 5-star hotel. I wouldn’t call it luxury. Location is convenient for business meetings.

I do not think it was worth the price. I had trouble with hot water (lack of hot water in shower) in my first day, then they changed my room and it was ok. Room needs a renovation. No heating in the A/C system. São Paulo may be a cold place sometimes

This was my second time staying at the Melia Paulista and it didn’t disappoint. The location is excellent—central and very convenient. The hotel feels safe and well-maintained. I definitely recommend it and would stay here again.
