Amazing view on the sea, the hotel is little vbit vintage for me but the staff was very nice and it was a very good stay

The hotel was clean and walking distance to the restaurants and shops area. However, our room did not have natural light; it was too dark and the window showed a patio that looked for storage. The landscape of the pool and beach area was dusty and with weeds.

The area by the beach is very nice.

Older hotel on the outskirts of town. Could use some updating desk staff not so friendly breakfast was good lots of one night tour buses we had an oceanfront room great views large room

A great location on an outcrop of volcanic rock. Amazing views of Etna Everything very clean. Staff really lovely. Very handy for the port. A fair old hike from the airport bus terminal.

Great place!

The staff has been extremely helpful and accomodating. The building itself wasn't the most modern but it was clear that it was recently renovated and all the spaces were increadibly clean and functional. Me and my partner aren't big fans of rocky beaches but the way it was arranged at the hotel was so that you could enjoy the sea and sunbath in peace. It is a bit out of the noise and movida of the main beach, which we really enjoyed. The sea view is fantastic.

The hotel is not a 4 star hotel. Its an old fashioned 3 star max. It looks like they have a pool but they don't so that was a bit misleading. We had to use the pool in the rocks hotel next door which was cheaper so we would have booked there if we knew. Its a bit of walk from town. Staff were great hotel needs a good but of cleaning and repainting. its not worth the money we paid. We got a sea view room which had a nice view nice to hear waves as you sleep. Shower in the main bedroom was a bit weird if you were sharing with a friend. Overall OK would prob stay at rocks Hotel next door instead.

It is a clean affordable hotel. A little off the main road but free parking,wifi and friendly helpful staff. Would stay again. No real beach but access from ladders to swim. Public beach a fair walk but buses are just up the road

the location of the hotel is the best selling point, closely followed by the staff ( Rosy at the desk absolutely great ) Dario in the dining area/bar works miracles.

We booked this "4-star" hotel expecting a 4-star quality and service. This is not the case for this hotel. The only positives.....it is quiet, away from the traffic and town noise, close to the see although there is no beach, just stops or ladder access to the water, the staff is OK! Negatives.....our room was very small and the smell,of sewer in the bathroom was so bad that we had to have the door to the bathroom closed all the time. There was very little fresh fruit available at breakfast and coffee from the Nescafé machine was awful. Italy is known for excellent coffe almost everywhere, why they can not have a decent coffee machine in this hotel is beyond me! The area with sun beds in front of the hotel was dirty and full of cigarettes buts...nobody ever cleans this place!! The staff for their own pleasure plays loud music all afternoon. We complained about this several times!

We stayed there for three nights in August. The hotel is located in a nice quiet area by the beach. Food was nice, rooms big and the staff was professional. Would go back again for sure

Good stay, no negative points. We had a room upgrade with a view on the ocean. It is out of town, so quiet and good for a family stay. Helpful staff and a good breakfast. You can swim in front of the hotel, not a beach but still can swim.

Hotel molto bello, con spiaggia privata di scogli tipica del luogo,ma servizi come ad esempio il frigorifero trovato con il portabottiglie rotto,segnalato ad inizio vacanza,promesso di sistemarlo mai fatto,wc sganciato dal pavimento e poco stabile,peccato perché la mia valutazione sarebbe stata piu che ottima.

Hotel bien situé .Parking privé jolie deco salle d’eau et petit déjeuner convenable
