It has very nice location next to the lake

Generally it was very good stay . faced some problem , but the staff were helpful to solve it . Special thanks to Samiyah , The PR in charge and cafeteria staff .

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The location and the serenity of the resort is amazing. We were received by Ms Samia Mohamed at the reception desk. She took excellent care of our stay. She explained to us various touristic areas and transportation options. We will certainly come back.

Very nice hotel. The rooms are nice but basic, but very comfortable bed and the spa is amazing! The breakfast was amazing as well - lots of choices

We had a weekend get away they got great spa facilities and good food. I would go again bit pricey though

We really enjoyed our stay here, we stayed in the double deluxe room which had a good view of Sapanca lake. The food in the restaurant was delicious and the presentation was excellent. We also had great massages in the spa. The spa staff, one in particular, wasn't the most knowledgeable but the others were great.

It was not really good it was to expensive but the service was so bad. I would expect more service.
