Salle de bain trop exiguë .on a du mal à fermer la porte,quant à la douche …beaucoup trop petite.pas de Kleenex ,pas de lait pour le thé,une seule infusion alors que c’est une chambre pour deux …quand au personnel, le monsieur est très sympa, la dame en revanche c’est limite.

Great location for overnight stop on way north. Friendly and helpful staff.

Very nice but wish you had softer pillows. Everything at breakfast was ok accept there was no French stick just rock hard rolls that were really inedible.

Staff were friendly.i think the whole place needs freshening up. Breakfast and local taxes far too expensive.29 EUROS is a lot for what you get . ibis hotels are far cheaper with a better range for breakfast and tourist rates are less.

Certes la chambre était exigüe, tout comme la salle bain, mais elles étaient propres. Le personnel était aimable. Le petit déjeuner exceptionnellement copieux et varié pour un hôtel de cette catégorie.

Très moyen. Kyriad a acheté un hôtel d'une autre chaîne, ce n'est pas un Kyriad. Chambre minuscule, pas de prises à côté du lit, énorme meuble TV qui coupe l'espace précieux au sol. La salle de bain est minuscule. La porte/fenêtre en verre n'avait aucune sécurité, quelqu'un pouvait entrer dans la chambre facilement depuis l'extérieur. Je doute que je revienne, désolé.

The staff at the kyriad were very helpful & did there job well. Breakfast was acceptable.This was the only good part of our stay. I have stayed in this groups hotels before & have been happy with the room. This one needs to be demolished & rebuilt. The hot water was not working the room was cramped the whole hotel was shoddy. No plugs in basin . Dining table damaged outside really tatty . I would remove this from you list of hotels as it does not do your selfs or kyriad any favours being there

un accueil plus que formidable une dame d une gentillesse extreme! aux petits soins ca fait tellement de bien de voir qu il existe encore des gens e aussi bienveillants a cette periode!!

Clean and tidy room.comfortable bed but pillows are too firm. Staff at desk pleasant and helpful

The Hotel is very tired very unkept on the outside and patio area . Breakfast was a shambles with no social distancing long queues for the coffee machine. We were only given 3 pillows and were told there were no more available. We took our breakfast to our room to avoid the crowds.

hôtel vieillot. accueil sympa et pro. chambres vieilles et pas super propre. demanderai à être rénové.

Tried to cancel my booking and rebook at a later date . Both ebookers and the hotel were very unhelpful . Lost my money as could t get any help from either company

Le sol de la restauration et de l'accueil était tout collant, cela n'était pas encourageant en arrivant. Une fois dans la chambre la propreté était mieux respectée
