Emplacement situé près de l’embarquement du train de Charlevoix

Le bon service

Chambre très propre et lit confortable. Stationnement très restreint pour gros véhicules par contre.

Hôtel rénové et bien entretenu. L’emplacement permet de se rendre facilement à Québec. Très près de la chute Montmorency. On a apprécié la bordure derrière l’hôtel à côté du fleuve pour s’y asseoir et profiter du paysage.

Nous avons vraiment aimé notre séjour dans cet hôtel. Très belle vue le matin au petit déjeuner devant le fleuve St Laurent. Petit déjeuner copieux . Accueil très chaleureux et personnel vraiment très aimable.

Breakfast not quite, maybe because there's a lot of guest, food got consumed so fast, so guest arr waiting for the refill. Parking we have no issues. It was a great stay plus the view of the St. Lawrence river.

The Staff (Ysmael) is so helpful and hospitable.

Clean room. Great customer service. Breakfast was superb! A lot of free parking space. Highly recommended!

This was a great location for us. Its close to montmorency and St Anne's church. Staff was friendly and welcoming. The morning breakfast was great. In the back they have a gazebo overlooking the water. High tide was in the morning otherwise its a bid more wetlands look. I appreciate it.They let you know what the english channels were in the room. Our only feedback was there was a weird musty odor.. not sure, if that's just because it's beside the saint lawrence river. I would go back.

Great choice for a great stay.

The place was few minutes drive away from Montmorency Falls. Parking and breakfast are okay. The room keys failed to work on our second day. Went at the reception area to have it fixed but it took almost 20 minutes waiting for the receptionist to help me.

Très bien. À proximité du train de Charlevoix. Très propre. Bon rapport qualité prix.

J adore cet hôtel bien situé, propre, belle vue sur le fleuve st laurent, a l extérieur petit aménagement avec table de pik nik et chaise bel endroit pour admirer le fleuve et prendre un petit cocktail

À mon arrivée j’ai été très bien accueilli et la chambre très propre

Machine café salé , aucune crème , aucun lait pour le café , aucun verre ! Difficulté à réserver. La première année que je suis aller était bien mais cette fois ci cetais cahotique

Nice spot to spend a night or two when visiting the area. Access to the hotel parking is right off a busy boulevard so it can get a bit hairy when attempting to make the turn into the parking lot. We didn't hear the traffic as our room was located at the rear of the building. However we were next to the entrance to the breakfast room so it got a bit noisy in the morning.
