- bad staff attitude (way of protecting talking to customers is not acceptable). - car parking is not for guests but only for employees, there is no hotel that forces guests to search for parking spaces, hotels to serve customers, not employees but parking only for employees who are not allowed to park overnight - Just walked in and pulled 2 big suitcases, but the staff stood looking, so that the guests could find the room by themselves without any staff to show them the room, which direction ... Feel any comfort. - first time booking this hotel as well as last time. Too bad of everything. Bad serviced.
