Clean room efficient

Comfortable dog friendly king room. Nice on site restaurant. Friendly, efficient front desk personel.

My wife and kids had a great time. I was able to pay for the hotel through the app and there were no issues with them checking in and have a safe and secure holiday.

Nice hotel. I was very nice to have secure parking with a security guard at night. I was able to leave things in my car overnight.

Really enjoyed our stay here! The staff in both the hotel and the attached restaurant were amazing: very helpful and professional. The room was very clean, with comfy bed linens and a robust AC system. The hotel is on a busy road, but we were toward the back of the propery and it was very quiet. There were no security concerns, and we were parked very close to our room. Overall, I felt this was a great value for the price.

Arrived around 4:30 and was able to promptly check in. Went down had dinner at the restaurant. Everyone was really friendly and nice. Good option to stay when passing through Saltillo

We have stayed at this hotel many times as we travel from USA to San Miguel de Allende. It always seems to be “under renovation”. No rooms available on first floor, no lift to second floor. Hallway carpeting is in bad condition.

Check in was easy, the staff was friendly! Some work needs to be done on the hotel but they are in the middle of renovating. Inside the rooms are nice and clean, the hallways need to be updated- which I think they are working on. The hotel is located on a very busy intersection so be prepared for that when getting in and out. However, it’s quiet and clean.
