We were very disappointed at check-in when they charged us a $100 deposit for the room that we had paid for in advance. It rather spoiled the stay.

Friendly staff. Our room was small but clean and comfortable. We’ve stayed here several times and never had a bad experience.

Property needs a little TLC. Breakfast was very poor, almost nonexistent. Room was clean, but bathroom wasn’t.

Room was clean and was conveniently located for a cross-country drive. I stay at this Red Roof and the one in Erie PA on my drives two or three times a year and they’re consistently clean with friendly staff and very welcoming of dogs… no extra fee is greatly appreciated when you have a sweet easy going dog who causes no harm!

For the poor conditions of this facility and unsafe feeling and way over priced and $100 deposit is unbelievable. And hard wood floor in room . Not good

My key to the room stopped working, they quickly rekeyed it but it was inconvenient. The parking is tight for bigger vehicles. The rooms overlooking the highway are loud.

I cancelled this stay 2 months ago and the hotel refused to refund my money!! 🤔

The towels in the bathroom looked like someone had cleaned an engine with them and they were stained. The bed cover was dirty. I was there on a family emergency and just did not want to have to deal with the staff on the room. I would not recommend this hotel to family or friends.

Young lady who checked us in super sweet. The hotel tub needs to be bleached. We didn’t sleep and left early no showers as no thank you to the bathroom. I don’t recommend.

Front desk clerk was rude and combative.

So I reserved our room before reading reviews because I saw it had an overall good star rating and was reasonably priced. As we got closer I read some reviews and got nervous. Some people mentioned surroundings being questionable, dirty room, and bugs. Upon our arrival we were greeted by the manager and proptly assisted with our check in. He was very courteous. Our room was nice. Had enough modern updates, was clean, and very comfortable. I stripped back the blankets and such to check for dirt etc... and found nothing but perfectly clean white sheets! My family slept well. TV worked, shower had great water pressure and temperature. My only complaint is that the shower head was low... but I am tall, so it was no big deal. Thanks for a great stay, we'd definitely book again if passing through!

The hotel is clean but run down and the nobody picks up trash around the parking lot.

The manager is rude and does not try to accommodate your needs.. everything is final for him. Need new Matress and better breakfast
