Property is large enough for a pleasant vacation ,we travelled as a couple property was for 4/5 which would mean using lounge as a bedroom so may be a problem with a family. Swimming pool was clean and safe . The only problem was mosquitoes we were unable to use the outside seating area with sadly all methods tried to minimise effect . Overall a relatively inexpensive property but as previously mentioned by other visitors there are a number of charges on arrival for bedding ,towels ,cleaning if you don’t clean on leaving etc .

Everything went well. But I was not happy with the hidden fees from towers , blankets to TV and Internet charges. Please be honest and tell people before they book. !!!

The room was great, very spacious with lots of natural light and a nice balcony. It was rainy when we were there so didn't get to use the pool, but it looked amazing! It's a bit of a walk to the city center and close by there's not that much to do, but it's the perfect location if you want to explore the regio .

Expedia suggested this hotel as it had a disabled room, when we arrived we found it was not a hotel , but a studio apartment . Un prepared we had to hire towels and sheets from reception. Overall the complex was lovely, but I had asked for a hotel booking, and quickly had to rush to supermarket to buy food etc. . I would go back there as it was a lovely setting and atmosphere, with very helpful staff.

The hotel is well situated for visiting Bordeaux and Arcachon by train. The hotel staff, it has to be said, were very pleasant and friendly. The concept of the place is rather lovely, timber cabins among mature pines with an internationally important bird sanctuary nearby, what more could one ask for? Well, first of all, being asked for 7 euros per night to watch a 17 inch television which only gets free French commercial television channels.... you have to be kidding, right? I would value French commercial television at about 7 cents per night, but that aside, you just can;t put a basic TV in a hotel room and charge people extra to watch it, it's absolutely insane. Also, telling guests to clean their room before departure is a bit much, leave it tidy, yes, but clean it? No. Otherwise, a great place, and fair value.

Horrible. No towels, no bedding... No toilet paper even. Track through the mud to get to you apartment. Landing is full of bird droppings. Inside, cold and nothing .. No soap, no nothing.... Hardly what I expected.. They should have said so, to set your expectations...

Just make sure you bring linens, towels, soap, toilet paper, etc... etc... The area was very very quiet! The town shuts down around 8, so get your food and supplies early! Too many pizza joints around, so you can find a quick bite. Good place to drive from to visit the surrounding towns. Only negative for me was the bed (futon) was a bit uncomfortable. Other than that, it was a good value. Oh, if you want TV, you have to pay for it. I happen not to watch TV, so it was not a negative for me...

Hotel / holiday huts were really good value and the location and pool were great. What we didn't know before hand was that you had to pay extra for towels, sheets, tv etc and that you had to fully clean the accommodation before leaving.

I, and my party were very satisfied with all the amenities at the hotel, with the exception of the sun lounges, (sun beds) the majority of these were broken, and considering that most people on holiday wish to relax in the sun, then this important feature was not given the priority that one would expect. Nor were there enough sun shades. If you address these issues, our next stay would be perfect. Regards David

Reception is open only a few hours a day and it caused huge queues to check in. You must have own towels and bed linen otherwise they charge you for it. Of course do not forget to clean your apartment before you leave.... Nightmare!

rives marine is in a perfect setting .nature walks all around .possible to see storks ,cranes ,harris hawks staff extremly helpful .beach cafe just one hundred yards away at the port will return as soon as possible

Le cadre est tres sympa et le personnel tres agréable mais les appartements plus que vieillissants et je ne parle pas des allées pleines de flaques d'eau.

En conjunto muy buena experiencia. El apartamento tenía todo lo necesario para la estancia, la limpieza interior muy bien aunque por las zonas exteriores necesita un poco más de limpieza. La piscina perfecta. Y la atención recibida también muy bien. Como puntos en contra, los mosquitos, eran enormes e inmortales y el mantenimiento de los exteriores, la terraza no pudimos usarla porque al ser el bajo cae porquería de la terraza superior cuyo suelo solo son unas tarimas con separación entre ellas.

Situation géographique super . Résidence très calme et bien consu. Le logement est lui vétuste. À plusieurs il serait impossible tellement l’escalier ainsi que plancher de l’étage craque. Le reste à part le mobilier un peu ancien , sinon ras pour le reste.

Le logement est plus que vetuste, ce qui est dommage car super bien positionner. Trop chère car aucune prestation... TV 45eur la semaine.... WIFI 27Eur pour abonnement Famille mais ne fonctionne pas.... vaisselle 5 couverts... autant dire que cest tres limite... surtout quand vous avez un lave vaisselle qui ne lave pas... sympa les vacances a faire la vaisselle. J'oublie il y a une table de ping-pong mais rafistolé tous les jours.... car pas adapté.... A Fuire pour les familles !!!! Vraiment pas agréable car on ne se sent pas a l'aise dans ce logement. De plus on entend ++++ les voisins murs en papier

très jolie concept tout de suite a notre arrivée nous étions emballés avec plein d’idées pour nous amuser .pendant notre séjour de 4nuits à la remise des clés nous avons demandé si je pouvais rentré en maillot de bain avec manche longue et bas très longue jusqu’au cheville les employés très à l’écoute m’on dit que je pouvais me baigner avec cette tenue qu’il n’y avait pas de soucis à se sujet nous nous sommes très vite retrouvé en famille dans la piscine le jour suivant également jusqu’à se que la directrice de l’établissement vienne me convoquer hors de l’eau elle m’a très gentillement dit que je ne pouvais pas rentrer dans la piscine habiller comme ça car il y avez des propriétaires qui étaient allés se plaindre à mon sujet je n’ai plus remis les pieds dans la piscine et ni ma famille pendant toute le séjour restant a l’entre de la piscine il y’avait une pancarte où l’on voyez les tenu interdits nous avons passé notre temps à regardé et contée les hommes qui sont rentré en shorts alors alors que c’était interdit mais personne ne leurs disait rien heureusement que j’avais demandé la permission avant je me suis fait humilier devant tout le monde je n’oublierai jamais c’est vacances

Dommage que ce logement n'est pas entretenu comme il le devrait , plusieurs remarque as faire sur letat de certaine pièces , comme La salle de bain ( meuble en bois détérioré a cause de la proximité avec la baignoire ) , la plainte au mur on dirait qu' une fuite ou une infiltration si trouve donc la plainte ce détériore ! Les toilettes derrière le WC pareils : détérioration des plaintes voir presque décomposition du bois ! Le porte papier as était déplacer suite je pense as une casse ! Mais alors le rebouchage a revoir ...... Dans la cuisine , fuite d'eau qui n'a jamais était averti , du coup bcp d'eau détérioration de la plainte du meuble évier cuisine aussi ..... Je pense que c'est logement sont sûrement pas trop entretenu comme il faudrait , pourtant avec tout les surplus qu'on paie même en hiver ....... Je pense que vous avez quand même les moyen de changer un meuble ...!! Car l'environnement est agréable.
