Ceiling fan did not work and had never been cleaned, bed linen had not been changed or room cleaned, hair, sweat patches and dirt in all of the beds and clumps of hair stuck to bottom of bed cover. Receptionist was as helpful as she could be but could not offer another room. Hotel manager was called to clean room but was not on site and, given the levels of dirt, we would have had to vacate the room after having already unpacked.

Unfortunately there ist mold in the room and in the corridor. Not healthy. The property should be renovated, not just cleaned.

Quiet and convenient on our route to and from Spain

DO NOT STAY HERE - the hotel is within Rouen crit air zone and so you need to have registered your car with French authorities, successfully purchased and delivered a personalised sticker in order to get to the hotel without incurring a fine. This information is nowhere and meant that we did not release this until we put the address into google maps and an alert popped up! We ended up having to book and pay for another hotel, and the hotel refused any refund

Comfortable, very clean, coffee in the room, good parking and friendly staff

Disappointing have been using as a stopover for over 10 years. It appears to be under new management, on arrival the person at the desk was on a computer but made no attempt to acknowledge us until she had finished what she was doing. The quality of the food in the restaurant has dropped and the prices increased for both dinner and breakfast. The main light in the room was faulty and the shower drain was smelly.

Stayed here for 2 nights as an emergency place to stay as I had mechanical problems on my bike. The staff were absolutely superb. The receptionist was delightful and very helpful making recommendations on where to visit and how to travel on the excellent, cheap and frequent bus service into town. Car park was very large and felt secure too. There is a big retail park next door which was very handy too. The bed was extremely comfortable and the pillows and bedding superb. A good hot shower and large towels were very much appreciated. Rouen is a spectacular town and 2 days was really insufficient to appreciate everything it has to offer. Would I stay here again ? Most definitely YES !

Receptionist was very helpful

A basic hotel. The bedroom has quite an old feel in parts, but clean and nicely decorated. The communal areas were fresh and more modern and the restaurant served very good food. All of the staff were helpful.

Check in was great, and all the staff very friendly. We had a very nice meal (my wife’s veggie dish was amazing) , and the breakfast was pretty good too. Do try squeezing you own oranges. The place is a little dated in places but they are in the middle of renovations, which did not affect us in any way. Could do with some usb charging points. We asked for some more pillows, which they took from an unoccupied room and they smelt a little musky. They were very comfortable though, as was the bed. We found the location was good, quiet and easy to find. Over all good, and good value for money. I shall stay here again on our next trip.

Works fine for an overnight stay whilst travelling down France. The rooms have been redecorated recently. The hotel has recently changed from Kyriad to Brit but staff and restaurant menu have remained the same.

Staff were friendly, rooms repainted and better mechanical ventilation installed post COVID. The thing we noticed most was an improvement in the quality of the food in the restaurant.

I was on the 5th floor-no lift. No restaurant. Impossible to lock bedroom door from inside the room.

Nothing had really changed from when it was Kyriad. The staff were very helpful and nothing seemed to phase them. The room was clean and quiet so restful night after a days driving.

It was OK, but nothing great really.

Room allocated was not cleaned but changed to different room immediately when pointed out to reception. Could use a little updating. Food really nice and staff friendly. Appropriate safety measures in place. Good location for us as a walk into Rouen 30mins. Uphill on way back!

Good hotel ! Un miroir grossissant dans salle de bain serait bien

We frequently stay here en route to our destination. The hotel is clean and comfortable, has a large bed, free wifi and ample parking. Both rooms and bathrooms are a good size. The Restaurant is shut at the weekend, but we have eaten there when travelling mid week and the food has been good. It's conveniently close to a large Hyper Market and shopping complex. The area is quiet and we will continue to use this hotel.

We have previously stayed here and will continue to do so. The rooms are comfortable, clean, have a large bed and good sized bathroom. Parking is free and wifi is good. The hotel is in a quiet area and there is a shopping mall, with a large Carrefour next to it. We have never stayed here at a weekend previously and were slightly disappointed that the restaurant is closed on Saturday and Sunday. Fortunately, a nearby hotel had a restaurant that was open. We will stay here again, but probably on a week night as the food was good and even had a Vegetarian menu which is rare in France.
