Basic but good

Had to change the room because it wasn’t clean. Chair broken while my boyfriend was sitting on it. Heat was barely working in the room.

Too smelly

Very clean. Every thing we needed. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good breakfast

the restroom smells bad. the bed is not comfortable. close to bus stop.

We were not notified through orbitz that check in hours end at 10pm. We had issues with our Orbitz confirmation number. Had to call different numbers to have it resolved. We had a family room is very small, hard sleep 4 ( 2 adults and 2 kids). Not sure if I would come back here again.

Perfect for what we needed, comfortable and clean.

This hotel looks fairly new. Rooms are very good sized and in good condition. I just can’t give a five to any hotel that doesn’t allow you to control your temperature. I’m aware that very few hotels in this country have AC but I consider full temp control a minimum standard for a five star review.

Stayed here with my wife and 2 kids, 14 and 10. Room was functional and comfortable. Clean sheets towels and basic bathroom amenities. Hotel has breakfast, but we did not try. Good location. Hotel has ironing facilities. Reception only open till 10pm, but self checkin was simple to use. Would stay again.

If you go with car, very convenient, many car park, next to express way. Without car, only a few dinner place at 1.5km range, Kebab car, Italian restaurant and Mcdonald, or Bowling Arena with a bar n cafe. Breakfast are nice, although the same everyday, but is good for breakfast

Our stay overall was great. The staff was helpful in getting us a taxi early one morning for the airport. We got locked out of the front entry one night and our room card wouldn't let us in the door, but luckily someone eventually came out. Also one night, we were back before closing hours and hoped to talk to a staff member about booking another room, but the front desk had closed early. The maids kept the room very clean and helped us with more towels when we needed them and were very friendly.

Room too small

Hotel situated in a calm area but quite a distance from point of transport. The room lacks welcoming vibe like tray with tea/coffee. Duvets are far too hot for the summery season. Room is not equipped with A/C.

Check-in machine (to get access to hotel) did not work well; room had stale/foul smell; room was very warm/humid (difficult to cool down); bunk bed appeared unsafe.

Convenient for Copenhagen visit when using S-Traim....

Fik værelse under køje - måske ikke lige hvad man kunne forvente af et business-stay :-s. Relativ meget støj ud mod parkeringspladsen, hvis man som mig sover med åbent vindue (ingen aircon på værelset) ...

I had limited choice of hotels near to where I was working so I ended up here. Used the self service check in as reception is only manned between certain times. Room was basic but clean and fine for my needs. Breakfast was good but no other meals served here. Not a great selection of places to eat within short walking distance (especially at night), probably more options in Ballerup itself. Bus and train links into Copenhagen were ideal. Staff, when there, were helpful.

Convenient clean new hotel. Perfect for my needs.
