The cooker was very kind and prepare us some speciality that was amazing. This girls work hard every day and still receive us for breakfast with a smile and kindness. Superb

Búzios is beautiful. Priscilla and the girls at breakfast and Jonathan at the bar save the place. Cleanliness is low, different than Brazilian culture in general. Hotel in not kid or senior friendly at all.

Charming property, beautiful grounds and pool area. Easy 10 minute walk to the main shopping and dining area. We loves our stay!

They need to get bigger baskets for the bathroom and give a little paint in some areas in the rooms that obviously need a little fix or upgrade. It's a nice hotel, great employees but a bit run down.

Amazing hotel has a good location, accessible to the downtown on walking. The staff is super friendly and kind. I recommend it to anyone. Also, the brunch is made every day with good and fresh products.

A lovely hotel nestled just outside of the city center. The pool area lacks great wifi reception, and while they have food and beverage service throughout the hotel, I’d pass on the food. The breakfast is well appointed, especially with the fresh fruit. However, any food through the expanded daily menu was not tasty. The pool deck chairs seemed a bit dirty, so you’ll want a towel. Luckily, the hotel provides daily, complimentary towels for the pool or beach. Overall, the rooms were spacious, comfy, and clean. The staff was very friendly and the ease of street parking makes this hotel worth the value.

One of the best hotels we stayed in Brazil . I’m very picky about cleaning and this one was very clean. Everything (flooring, bed, walls, windows, curtains, furniture in excellent condition) and I loved the decor. Balcony was so nice with a large space, a table and a hammock looking at the most beautiful views. The staff was very helpful and there were no waiting in line or waiting too long for checking in. The location is perfect! A 15 minute walk to the center and to the beaches.. I highly recommend this place.

The place is lovely Has a great garden and they are rather accommodating The rooms are old but comfortable Their garden is amazing and well kept They provide a nice easy happy hour set up Overall a great pool And a nice basic gym facility

Really good hotel breakfast could have more variety and didn’t like that you got free scrambled eggs but had to pay for an omelette.. same thing isn’t it

Staff was amazing from the moment we arrived. It was raining so they ran out with a umbrella for us. They took our bags straight to the rooms. Also when we decided to extended our stay in Buzios and there hotel was booked, they offered to help us take our bags across the street to the new hotel. Hotel was very clean and in good condition. Will definitely be staying here again.

Búzios over rated, over crowded and over priced as are the hotels which this is one. Location excellent. Rooms not particularly clean and need of tlc. Breakfast very average. £3 extra for omelette!

An excellent location and truly luxurious rain forrest surroundings, rooms were big with balcony. Perfect for a hide away relaxing holiday
