Resort was outdated and service not very accommodating

The food at the buffet was terrible and cold. We weren't provided the internet access at checkin. The hotel has definitely seen better days you could tell the grounds and facilities have not been well maintained. There were no towels at the pools and one pool had very loud entertainment that totally ruined any relaxation one may have wanted on vacation. In addition, they played music until 1 am in the morning, so I got very little sleep.

Oh, this place is in terrible disrepair! Peeling wallpaper, unfriendly and unhelpful staff, breakfast was poor. At least parking was no problem since we were one of the very few guests on property.

Off season don't go. Nothing open. No place to go. 1 restaurant, same food everyday lunch and dinner. Snack bar not much. Swimming pool very nice. Whole pool to myself. But if you have kids, no lifeguard. Come go to desolate beach and they'd be out to see w/no one knowing. Noisy. No shuttle to airport. They take you to town but they also take your money. Do not recommend. Barely speak English too.

Unfortunately this is a hotel well past its used by date. I needed a one night cheap hotel near to Palermo Airport. From the key rack at the counter, only 2 or 3 other people were in the hotel. I got to my room, and the electricity switched off 20 mins later. I asked for it to be fixed, and it wasn't, until 30 minutes later when the people across the hall went to ask. The room has safety issues: the fire detector was missing, and one of the light switches was broken. The shower head did not hang on the wall and the pressure and temperature was low. Dogs howled close by. The interior of the room and the hotel was severely dated and clearly in a dilapidated condition. I skipped breakfast in the morning: just wanted to leave. The hotel was a ghost town. Would not recommend to any one.

We stayed for one night before our morning flight from the Palermo airport. The hotel is located 20 minutes from the airport and 5 minutes from downtown Terrasini, which is a lively little town with a nice assortment of restaurants and cafes. The hotel has a beautiful pool which overlooks the sea.

We did not arrive until nearly 11.00pm after a very fraught journey with lots of problems. Finding the hotel was difficult even though I speak Italian. I rang to ask for co-ordinates but he gave me the wrong ones. When we arrived, there was no bar and no food available, not even for breakfast the next day, even though there was a sign up with meal times for breakfast, lunch and dinner during the season. Patently they were doing work at the hotel and I do not feel they should have accepted our booking. We had booked for two nights so had to find breakfast on two mornings and dinner on the second evening.

This hotel is in a remote location with nothing of interest or use in the surrounding area. The hotel does not compensate with the provision of services or facilities, not even wifi. Don't go there unless you are desperate.

Loved the staff! We were able to travel in August and enjoyed the activities the hotel provided and the food. One thing I did not like was the hotel turning off the AC in the morning until about 3pm. My room did not receive enough breeze. Other then the AC we would love to go back.

I would look eslewhere. The hotel pool is very nice, and there is a newly renovated soccer court. However, a large portion of this hotel is rundown or under construction. It looks like the resort is too large for the staff to manage. there were several tiki bars and tennis courts that were completely run down and shut off. The ocean and landscape is beautiful in the area, but says nothing of the actual hotel. The front desk staff gave us very poor advice to walk to a neighboring town, Terrasini. They said it was a 30 minute walk, but it was over 6 km away. We had to walk back in the dark and the route to get there was dangerous. We were approached 2xs by a man trying to get us in his car. Be aware, there is a lot of trash on the streets outside the hotel, and not much around the hotel unless you go into town. The resturant closed a half an hour before the front desk said they would, but the chef kindly made us a small meal, although VERY over-priced. Wouldn't recommend. The hotel very much takes away from being in such a beautiful place.

Piscine superbe

Fantastisk personal alltid glad och 100% engangemang till gäster. god frukost och fina rummet. 2 fantastiska pooler och en med salt vatten. Går att bada i havet från klippor. Resturang i resort och ner vid poolen var utmärkt

Vi havde bestilt en overnatning da vi skulle flyve tidligt næste morgen. Vi ankom til hotellet kl 20 om aftenen men hotellet insisterede stadig på at vi skulle betale Club-fee for brug af deres faciliteter såsom pool, trollies mm. De talte meget dårligt engelsk og det eneste mad var på hotellet til 25€ pr mand… vi fandt et pizzaria i nærheden. Deres bar ved vandet er skøn og med en flot solnedgang. Hotellet meget slidt og de holdte club fest ude foran alle værelserne til kl 00.00 med meget højt musik og italiensk råben i højtaler. Ikke optimalt når nogle måske gerne vil sove og skal tidligt op… Derfor ikke den bedste oplevelse at bo der.

It is not a place to be. Noisy, out in the nowhere, bad restaurant, no service, staff only speak italian, old hotel. the only good thing: good airconditioning!

Esperienza decisamente positiva. Personale gentilissimo, pulizia accurata, struttura in ottime condizioni. Un bar alla piscina olimpionica andrebbe aggiunto secondo me.

Fermo restando che la perfezione non esiste e non contando alcune lacune strutturali che, da quanto ho potuto vedere, stanno per essere risolte, il soggiorno è stato molto gradevole specie per la parte culinaria (cuoco da lodare) e per la cordialità e simpatia del personale. Bellissimo il panorama dalle stanze con vista mare (inizialmente non assegnateci per un disguido temporale brillantemente e rapidamente risolto) Unica nota stonata un piccolo problema con relativa discussione sull'utilizzo della piscina, ma anche questo prontamente risolto dalla direzione. Sono cambiate tante cose dall ultima volta,cmq ho passato 2 giorni in serenità animazione gradevole personale simpatico e bagnini efficenti....pranzo scarso bisognerebbe sistemare qualcosina a livello edile ma x una mini vacanza va benissimo

Bellissima struttura, le camere pulite, le piscine grandi e animazione a doc. Per scendere a mare vieni accompagnato da una l'ape, perché c'è una discesa e poi una salita .Personale accogliente. Tutto ok
