Muy bien ubicado, con acceso interno al centro comercial lo malo es q tiene mal olor como humedad,la habitacion no funcionaba el mini refrigerador, no tenían sombrillas para la lluvia.

Amazing and convenient location.

There's no windows throughout the hotel so there's no proper ventilation. Rooms also have sealed windows. Very poor lightning in the rooms. Came for a graduation party, had to do my make-up and it was nearly impossible to see what i really looked like. Older rooms and amenities. Chairs at the pool were ripped and old. AC WAS NOT WORKING PROPERLY

Most everything was good. I went to the bar for a drink and ordered a double jack and Coke. I gave the bartender a 500 peso bill and she’d told me it was not enough. She showed me the total on a bill for 760 pesos. Can out to over 35 bucks. I thought was excessive and had no more drinks and did not even consider eating at their restaurant.

The hotel was very cl3an and the staff were incredibly nice. Perfect location, great milkshakes.

Sadly I have to say that at our arrival our room was messy, the bed was undone, bathroom used and dirty. We were moved to another room within 30 minutes. After that all ok, and good.

Have stayed here multiple times and never disappoints. If traveling to San Pedro keep this an option

I have stayed here several times. And this time it seemed worn out. The carpets are old and dirty. Hotel needs an upgrade.

Property situated in a very accessible area close to great shopping and excellent restaurants. Very safe area.
