The hotel room and amenities were super clean and the view from my room and the garden were spectacular. The only negative is that you have to take a taxi in and out of the hotel which is quite expensive.

We stopped here on our way to Osaka - driving and needed a place to stay for the night.

The hotel was okay, bit did seem a little dated. The bed was okay, but not as comfortable as some of the others on our travels. The bedding didn't stay on the bed and the nightwear was not comfortable. The breakfast was of a good standard. Lovely view from the room.

The hotel is located on a mountain close to the center of town. It was very easy to go to the castle and garden by car. The breakfast was awesome and the room was very large and spacious. The view from our room was amazing, looking out over the city.

Best hotel I've stayed in Japan. The service was outstanding and the room was amazingly clean. I would definitely come back.

The hotel itself is very good (good staff), but the transportation system is not so good. No shuttle bus or public transportation depending on the time. Besides, there is no convenience store nearby. I recommend you to understand that before you book.

Nice view and clean room!

The hotel was certainly very nice 20 years ago, but now it looks very old fashion, but not in a nice way. They mainly present renovated rooms, but many are still quite old and of course, I got an old type one. Only the bathroom was renovated and very nice. There was an extremely noisy fridge in the room, had to stopped it to be able to sleep. The breakfast service is limited because of the Covid situation, but at the price they charge it was really very average, certainly not at the level of a supposed 4 stars hotel. Had dinner there are well, not bad, but very average, we were disappointed. The food selection was quite limited. However, their curry lunch was very good.

Clean and comfortable. Good room size, plenty of free parking

The view was great. The location is on a hill in the suburb, you need a car to get to this hotel. There are no resturants or shops close by. But it is a short drive from the great gardens and castle.

This hotel is very dated and far out of town. the facilities are very run down and in desperate need of a refresh. This hotel is registered as being 4 star but it’s mystery how it obtained this level as there are no discernible facilities of quality. Would not recommend.

新しくはないけど、とても良いホテルです

素敵なホテルでした！ 丘の上にあるので部屋からの景色も良かったですし、朝食ブッフェも美味しく、露天風呂も清潔で開放感があってリラックスできました。 ちなみに天皇陛下も泊まったことのある由緒正しい岡山のホテルだとタクシーの運転手から聞きました。 あとこれはしょうがないのですが、シャトルバスがあるとはいえ駅から遠いのはやはり不便でした。計画的に動ける方やレンタカーがある方はこちらのホテルは特にオススメです。

送迎バスの時間をもう少し遅い時間にしてほしい。 20時15分では早すぎる感じがします。
