Was a pleasant surprise when we arrived at the hotel at 9:30 am and our room was ready. It was my fault, but a little disappointed that they didn’t have a pool. Nice neighborhood. We walked to Mass and found a nice Italian restaurant on our walk back.

When to travelling to NYC, very often staying there. Always good service and nice room. You can’t be wrong staying there.

Blood stains on the curtains and wall. Other rooms had music blaring so loud multiple rooms had to complain. Lots of yelling and fighting going on. Fire alarm went off. Wouldn’t stay there again.

Convenient and the free shuttle to the airport

Everything was amazing except one thing upset me. I called about the hotel asking if they still had a shuttle to and from the airport and whoever I talked to said that unfortunately they didn’t. When I arrived using Uber that court $25.00, the hotel staff said they do indeed have a shuttle service and then I saw the shuttle. On a positive note, the breakfast was great each day with good food and plenty of armorer and excellent coffee. Over all I was very pleased.

We really enjoyed our stay! The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our weekend. The rooms were clean and hotel was very convenient especially the parking was extremely helpful. I will definitely stay here again!

Everything was good, maybe just more stuff for breakfast.

I was overcharged, i booked 2 rooms and end up paying a lot more than what i was on the reservation, very unhappy with this situation.

Over all for the amount that I paid wasn't worth the stay & it was a basement room no view... Plus no mention of painful parking $30 per night at that ridiculous!!! Looks like a rundown motel on a high end price not for me sorry I was very upset & a big waste of money!!! On this stay look for something good & worth paying for!!!

Very low energy toilet but otherwise everything great

Will be my preferred choice when coming back to New York
