Great experience and the staff are very helpful!

Very nice. The valet was affordable and great service. Unfortunately a guest next door got in after midnight and played his personal music really loud both night and morning. Another guest on the other side was loud too so that didn’t make for a quiet night but not the hotel’s fault.

The gave me an upgrade for my bday. Room was great, room service fast and the food fantastic. We will be back.

I want so badly to love this property! It has so so so much potential!! But honestly as with the whole downtown Mobile area, it has seen better days. The facilities are well kept, clean and the staff was very friendly and accommodating, but the property Is definitely dated. The whole downtown area is dead. I do blame the economy. But I hope someone can eventually bring the downtown area back to life! It is depressing to see the lack of vibrancy for sure.

I love this hotel and will always stay when I visit Mobile but the sheets on the bed had blood on it and the bathroom was extremely dirty. I notified the front desk and the room was cleaned again

Beautiful property and the spa is fantastic!

Upscale hotel. Gorgeous entry way and friendly, helpful staff. Our room was nice sized with comfortable beds and huge pillows. Valet parking is almost a must. This was a bit annoying, having to request the car every day but the valets were kind and very helpful.

The facility was a little dated in things like the bathroom'. Also, I had a king room with balcony but the bacony had no view. It should not be advertised that way. The lighting in the room was not good

The Battle House is a beautiful property conveniently located in downtown Mobile. Parking in the parking deck was super easy with plenty of spots available. The hotel is gorgeous and we enjoyed the heated roof top pool! We would definitely stay here again!!

My biggest complaint is that I booked this room in June of 2024 for March 2025. I booked a double queen room. They changed it to a handicap king suite with a pull out couch… we had 3 adults so one of us slept on a roll away bed as we all know pull out couches were not made for adults. This also made walking around hard as the fridge/tv spot became choke point. All the money I spent in advance, I should have been given the room I asked for.

Really enjoyed the historic hotel, very well kept.
