The entire property is beautiful and immaculately maintained and the staff is professional and friendly. The location is perfect. The center of town is an easy walk away and, in the opposite direction, there is a pretty dam with ducks. There are also several good restaurants within a five minute walk. The hotel restaurant is also excellent.

Super clean great service very comfortable

This is a lovely hotel with beautiful, large, classy rooms that have a bit of a colonial feel, and the property has several extra benefits with two pools and spa facilities, We loved the location slightly outside of the very crowded historic center, making our stay move quiet and less chaotic. Bed was very comfortable, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the housekeeping is exceptionally professional. However, there are a few things that could be improved to make this truly a 5 star stay. Most notably, the hotel plays constant music throughout the hotel starting early in the morning (around 7am) that completely disrupts the tranquility of the place. You hear it at the pool, sitting outside for a meal, and even in your rooms and it's mostly like 80s disco and rock, completely out of place for the atmosphere of the hotel. It's so unnecessary and annoying. The second area that doesn't meet the potential of the hotel is the food. We ate at the restaurant twice and had room service once and in all three occasions it was gouts poor quality, especially for the prices they charged

Very attentive, helful, and nice staff. From the valet parking, recepcionist, and the cleaning ladies. All of them deserved two thumbs up. Very nice and spacious room with 2 bathrooms, each with bathtube and each with massage water jets. Everything was excellent, including the price. The only suggestion would be for the TVs to have platforms, e.g., netflix for us visitors to sign in and out. Thank you 😀 😊 my wife and I we will go back definitely.

Excellent service and amazing experience overall. Loved our room and amenities there are great. I took the family for a business trip with me and we had a very pleasant stay. Food is delicious at Teresita! I recommend breakfast and dinner.

Resort type of hotel spread out on beautiful grounds with large pool and well equipped gym. Many terraces and sitting areas as well as a full service restaurant are nicely integrated in between guest rooms. Some rooms have limited daylight due to their location and small windows. The reception personal spoke limited English and beyond calling us a taxi no concierge services were available.
