the spa was fabulous. the morning side cafe terrific and the dining restaurant superb !! housekeeping staff the best !! we will be back !!

Spa was wonderful. There is some repairs that are needing done but from what we have learned they are renovating like mad there. I got a pedicure done at the spa and it was fantastic! Love my toes and my feet feel amazing. The pool was lovely! Enjoy being able to go outside. Staff are all so polite. Room was great! Thank you!!

Rooms been cleaned up. New carpet and tile. Shower curtain needs to changed. Your wearing the curtain when showing!

Room was clean, spa was enjoyable. I had my teens with me for the first time and they would both go back in a heartbeat!

The staff were very kind to our kids and helpful. We needed support a few different times and every single time we spoke to someone it was taken care of quickly and easily. We enjoyed the robes and nice clean and comfy bedding the most. We also enjoyed the effective heater, dark blinds, and all the different keurig beverages and the mini fridge.

The check-in staff was great! The room did not look like the one that I booked online. The bathroom was not overly clean. The pool was amazing.

The room was extremely dated. The bed was very uncomfortable. You could feel the springs when you say on it.

Stayed in a Jacuzzi Suite and found the room in a very poor state. Lots of the furniture in the room was damaged/dirty. Even found the jacuzzi to be a bit dirty as well. The bed was fine, which saves a star otherwise, for the price of ~$300 a night, this is definitely not worth it. Won't be back at the hotel.

Love the mineral pool and especially being outside with all the steam coming off the water. The room is great! Everything feels clean.

Went overnight for our anniversary and we’d definitely go back again. Our room was clean, the pool area was great, the staff were friendly!
