Great for what we needed. Will stay there again if we need to stay in Montauban again

Really nothing going for this hotel. Rough location, no restaurant when were there, nothing within walking distance and very expensive wine.

The room was comfortable and clean. At breakfast, they had run out of cheese and ham and bacon and eggs. Eventually after around 30 minutes some cold scrambled eggs arrived. Poor show.

The room was really comfortable, the shower was amazing! The staff were all really friendly as well, I would stay here again!

The new renovated shower area is excellent. The area immediately outside the ground level accommodation needs some urgent attention and making more attractive. Also it would improve security if the gates closed in the evening as they use to.

This is a very tired former Campanile hotel (still signposted to Campanile) and a poor reflection on the Kyriad brand. It would have been useful to know before booking for a Sunday evening that the restaurant would be closed and that there are no restaurants safely within walking distance. The bedside lights did not work leaving only a very dim main light and the door would not lock from inside. Would never stay here again.

Heating/aircon wouldn't turn off, therefore, during the night, the fan was quite loud and the room was very warm. One of the lamps didn't work and the room was very dull. However, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was clean with a very good shower.

Chambre propre, literie moyenne, beaucoup de bruit lorsque vous êtes à l'arrière de l'hôtel, dû à la circulation. Les abords mériterait un peu d'entretien Petit déjeuner correct. Personnel avenant

La chambre esr propre, la clim un peu froide mais la tv ne fonctionne pas . Apres avoir réparé la prise antenne , il ne faut plus la toucher ça marche. Le ptit deje est tres bien poyr le prix

Chambre propre, personnel gentil et agréable. Bon voyage je reviendrais.

Réservation pour 2 nuits. Surprise: serviettes pour une personne et plus de savon dans la douche. Malgré mes remarques il a fallu attendre 24h pour récupérer un jeu de serviettes, faire remplacer le savon et faire le lit ! Pas de restaurant sur place. Premier soir repas privé et le lendemain cuisinier absent. Climatisation au ralenti quand il fait 30 dehors. Fidèle à Kyriad depuis de nombreuses années, je vais choisir un autre hôtel pour ma prochaine réservation.

L'hôtel est agréable, la chambre convenable avec petit plateau biscuits café ou thé. La chambre est bien insonorisée. Merci à tous le personnel, accueil et service d'entretien.

La chambre 03 sentait mauvais à cause des remontée d’odeurs d’égout dans la douche Mal dormi à cause de cette odeur entêtante malgrés la fenêtre ouverte Sinon bonne literie et propre

Tout était parfait le personnel super pour le petit déjeuner

Accès des chambres encombré par le tas de linge dans l'escalier, route départemental passante, bruit important.

Bons petits déjeuners dîners également ( mention spéciale pour le pudding) personnel charmant seul bémol la chambre ( poubelle non vidée pas de gel douche ni papier wc)

La chambre a été très, très propre. La literie, très bonne. Nous avons eu un peu froid, car la température extérieure avait vraiment baissé en cette saison.

Attention : au RDC évacuation des eaux bruyante, présence de fourmis 🐜🐜🐜🐜🐜🐜 signale à l'accueil en partant. Literie parfaite, Rapport qualité prix intéressant

Le problème le personnel á laissé que des serviettes pour une personne ,alors qu'il était bien précisé que on serait deux.Merci
