Excellent stay we were pleasantly surprised with the quality and comfort given price. Excellent value for money. Fresh, clean and the bedding and matress were probably the best we have had on our 3 week road trip round Europe staying in approx 15 different hotels. Thoroughly recommend this budget option

On arrival hotel looked basic, rooms were very clean but small. Felt as if the hotel was more for backpackers. Would not recommend if you wish to stay in the hotel as the seating area is seperate to the accommodation block.

Property was very good for a 3 star hotel. Very clean, everything was in working order. Would stay here again. They have a small dining area and bar. An outside enclosed patio area near a fairly busy roundabout. The hotel is walking distance to many of the popular tourist sites. They have a largish parking lot for guests.

On our way to Carcassonne the draw ticket for us to stay over in Albi was the Toulouse-Lautrec museum. We’ve stayed in Campanile hotels before, basic, inexpensive, but great value for somewhere to rest over for the night...or two. Very clean, friendly, easy check-in, good parking. Bed was a bit hard, but shower superb, lots of very hot water. Convenient for Albi centre.

Hotel was very conveniently located. The room was just comfortable. No complaints But the major hassle was that our rooms were located on the 4th floor (by American way of counting floors). We are not spring chicken and were nursing bouts of cold & fever. Lugging the suitcases up the stairs was treacherous- to put it mildly. To make things worse, one group among us took the wrong flight of stairs.

The hotel was perfect, extremely clean and comfortable room. Very pleasant reception. Location was in walking distance to all main attractions. Would definitely recommend the stay there. Did not have enough time to try the meals.

It is a half a mile from downtown Albi so it's a great location. The hotel is updated and very clean. The main reception lady did not speak English and she still kept speaking French to us when she checked us in without attempting to use a translator. The morning after, she used a translator application to tell us that someone complained about how loud we were in our room. First, we didn't understand why she wouldn't have used the app the day before to welcome us. Second, we were just talking in our room so we weren't sure how someone would have even complained about us. Kind of an odd situation, but it's a nice hotel.

Quite convenient to Albi, we walked to town several times. It’s close to the centre so the grounds are tight. VERY quiet, but there were not many guests when we were there.

The hotel is good for short term visit I prefer a hoter where I can have dinner also.

Surprised no evening meal available on site but it didn't matter as the old city is less than ten minutes walk away with a huge choice of restaurants. I think Campanile rooms have been recently upgraded and the walk-in shower was fantastic!

The stay was good. Our only complaint is that the air conditioning, although available, is ineffectual. The room remained warm even when on the lower temperature.

Very reasonable place to stay which is very close to Albi Town Centre. Rooms were clean and comfortable and staff helpful and friendly. Very basic breakfast for the price paid.
