Great location right in the centre of La Massana. It’s easy to get to anywhere in Andorra from here via the extensive bus system. I really liked the food, I am surprised by how extensive it is, with a great breakfast selection and a great dinner. I would expect a reasonable meal, not gourmet style eating. It’s a very good price, and the thing I like most about here is the staff. In particular, the waitress was extra kind to me on my Birthday. Shoutout to Martina for her kindness, good service and professionalism.

Stayed at Hotel Magic Ski for 5 nights in February 2026, it the first time we have visited the area and this hotel was in the BEST location for a snowboarding (or ski) trip, it is a stones throw from the Gondola and is an effortless walk to start and end your day. The rooms are clean, cosy, super warm and comfortable, which is also great for drying any gear. The customer service of staff cannot be faulted, the staff on reception were always friendly and keen to help answer any questions. We did use the hotel spa once during our visit which was nice but it is quite basic and could be argued as to whether or not it is value for money. Myself and my partner are both vegans and the options at breakfast were fairly poor (unless you don't mind eating salad and bread every day for breakfast), we did however, buy products such as agave syrup, alpro yoghurt and peanut butter from the shop and took these with us each morning, which added a bit of variety and much needed protein. The hotel would benefit from a protein based vegan option at breakfast - they did have alternative milks available which is great. We did not opt to eat at the hotel for dinner due to the limiting options. The bar area is a great place to relax after a busy day and there is also further bars only a few minutes walk away too. Overall would stay here again!

Magic Sports bar is a shadow of what it once was. Beer selection was choice of two German lagers or Guinness. Screen showing football was barely visible from two bright lights in front of the screen. Possibly this is by design so the bar area will be taken over by the hotel.

Firstly there was nothing wrong. More importantly all the staff we experienced were very helpful and genuinely pleasant. We were always greeted by lovely smiles, friendly interactions and efficient service. A credit to your team and your management.

Really fabulous holiday here. Facu and the other staff were super helpful and friendly. Location right next to the gondolas so very easy. Couldn't ask for more. 😀
