Budget accomodation outside of Metz within walking distance to approx 17 restaurants. Staff very pleasant. Very basic rooms with caravan like toilet/shower facilities.

Horrible. Plus jamais. A l'arrivée on nous donne une chambre non nettoyée avec de l'urine partout sur les toilettes et une odeurs dégoûtante. Le receptioniste sympa fait ce quil peut pour nous trouver une autre chambre propre cette fois ci mais avec une odeur de cigarette froide tellement forte que je n'ai pas eu envie de rester. Jai évité de toucher la couverture du lit, jai mis du parfum sur les draps et l'oreiller. Nous avons payé 2 nuits mais sommes parti tot le matin apres la premiere nuit. Nous avons du repayer un autre hotel. A travers le mur on entend le voisin de chambre respirer, aller aux wc, se laver, la tele. Et en plus un passage incessant de voiture toute la nuit sur la route a 50m. La machine a cafe a la réception ne fonctionne pas non plus. Hotel a fuir.

Séjour de 4 nuits catastrophique ( venu pour un décès dans la famille)1ère nuit agressé par des personnes qui faisaient une fête dans une des chambres du dessus ( dû appeler la gendarmerie) , le lendemain on nous a changé de chambre, ménage pas fait , drap du lit non changé, des cheveux et poils partout , de la moisissure au plafond etc... Le personnel est à revoir , tutoiement et absolument pas arrangeant sans compter les femmes de ménage qui se mêlent de la conversation en disant je cite" que j'ai qu'à changer d'hôtel " on a halluciné. Même pas un café offert ni un p'tit geste pour le désagrément. Nous avons quand même payé 212 euros pour ça .Hôtel à fuir !!!

I would not stay here again! Despite a pleasant welcome the room was truly dirty. Stains on the walls, bed quilt, the heating control was sticky to touch, had not been cleaned for a long time, rotting skirting boards. Just generally awful. Pay £10 more for the B&B Hotel round the corner.

Staff were helpful in helping me use the microwave. Very hot days when we stayed - downside was children blocking balcony - rooms very small, people with doors wide open - items on balcony. Difficulty manouvering suitcase! Upside shops, restaurants nearby, easy access for places to visit.

This is my first trip to stay at Premiere class hotels and i was pleased with the price and accomodations. Unfortunately it would not be good for 40%of Americans because they are obese and would not fit into the bathroom. It was good for me because i want to live on a boat and the WC is similar to a sailboat's head. The breakfast is basic but a good deal IF you book online 5 vs6.20. The staff if very nice and made me feel welcome. I like the French!

Travelling from Italy to Northern UK I needed a stopover point. Location wise it was perfect, however difficult to find because my satnav couldn't find the street name. Reception was great, room was spacious and bed comfortable, however my night's sleep was spoilt by a couple below who talked incessantly until I got up at 06.00 to continue my journey. By no means the fault of the hotel, just unlucky on the night I guess.

We have stayed at this chain of French hotels before and know what to expect. They are very basic but ok for overnight stops, particularly when they are close to the motorway. We will stay again as it is an ideal stop on our way to work in Munich.

Just off the Autoroute and is fine if looking for an overnight stay when travelling. Typically Premier Classe, very basic but convenient.

Hotel is close to the large Commercial Centre with a lot of shops, etc. However, during the weekend evenings there are open only a couple of proper restaurants plus Burger King, etc...

First of all, the hotel was almost impossible to find. It's tucked away behind some shops. Often these places are unmanned at check-in, but I found someone on duty. She was very pleasant, but the "service" was minimal. The hotel is fenced off with gates locked at 21:00 (which suggests a serious security question). The room was very tired, and grubby in places. Proximity to the road made it quite noisy. Breakfast was basic, but cheap.

Good value for a one night stop - just off the motorway, in a retail park, quiet at night. Easy check-in (automated after 9pm) - small rooms, AC wasn't working, decent internet connection.

Very nice and pleasant service, comfortable and clean room although deodorizing smell was a bit overpowering at first. we'll be happy to stay there again.
