Poor access to facilities for older individuals or with disabilities

BEautiful hotel on Lake Titicaca in Puno, Peru, with a dock to walk right to the lake. The staff is courteous, the room is clan and with beautiful balcony facing west and a view of sunset. The food options are limited but OK. Breakfast does have some vegetarian items for vegetarians or vegans. I was greeted with a welcome plate of alfajores (Peruvian specialty sweets) left on the table in the room at my arrival. That was nice - alfajores were delicious! Thank you Casa Andina! I had a car and have been given free parking. Gettin to the hotel and the city of Puno is a driving challenge, but with patience and lots of luck one can manage it as I did. I enjoyed in the stay at this hotel.

The hotel was beautiful, the rooms were clean, the staff was nice and responsive, and the view is second to none. Also, the hotel bar and restaurant was very nice, I would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Andina. The staff was friendly, the restaurant was great, and we appreciated the attentive service. The breakfast was amazing, and the hotel and room were very clean. The location was perfect, and we loved the view of Lake Titikaka from our balcony.

We were welcome at the property but we had to ask the next day for our 20% off voucher, other than that all great!

Hotel is nice located by lake Titicaca. But location is a bit out of the way. Hotel compound is nice with nice garden and lake views.

Beautiful view and beautiful facilities. Buffet breakfast had plant-based milk and other items for vegans like me - lunch and dinner, not so much.

Peaceful location away from city craziness. Breakfast ok. Beds ok. Nothing fancy. Can’t walk in to city because of dogs. Taxi 10 soles to 20 soles. Staff helpful with oxygen issues.

It is definitely worth staying at Casa Andina. It has lovely grounds and great service. I am grateful to have stayed there instead of in downtown Puno.

The hotel and staff are great. The rooms were always clean and the staff was always willing to help with whatever was needed. The views were also amazing and a lovely way to wake up. The hotel is about a 10-15 min drive to the Plaza where all the action is but if taking a taxi back and forth is okay for you then this is a great hotel.
