Spotty WiFi, shortage of hot water, door key that didn’t operate easily

The hotel is very centrally located in the monumental centre of town, mere footsteps from all the most beautiful squares and palaces, but on the other hand not trivial to reach by car. All services and facilities were great, the room was unusually large, the staff was friendly and efficient, perhaps the restaurant was the least amazing part of our stay, dinner was over-elaborate, the portions too small, perhaps overpriced and too sophisticated, not the kind of genuine and hearty experience I'd expect from a little Andalusian town like this.

Nice modern hotel located in a historic part of town. Narrow access road and underground parking via car lift.

Arriving, late (17:30), we are assigned a room which was not clean!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We had to wait for 30 minutes to have our room, have drink that we paid ourselves and finally enter the room! Comfortable room! Hotel staff not very friendly.

Really good value for the level of hotel and price. It might have got 5 out of 5 all round, and it's probably just that Ubeda wasn't our top place to stay on our trip - a bit out of season in April. But you couldn't fault the hotel, really - very historic and characterful. We didn't eat in it at any point, and the restaurant looked pricey, but it's just along a side street from the Calle Real, which is the main cafe/tapas bar drag.

Central location although need sat nav to find. Much better than expected. Excellent menu del dia. Pool small but ok. Great place if staying a short time.

Hotel muy bien situado, habitaciones amplias, camas cómodas, baño amplio

El hotel está situado muy bien , pero necesitaría una reforma sobretodo en cuanto a la comodidad de camas y almohadas

En plein centre ville, les rues sont étroites, ne vous fiez pas à Google Maps! Accueil avec un minimum de sympathie. 10€ la nuit pour le parking avec ascenseur. L'hôtel est vieillot, les chambres et les lits sont grands, mais tout est sale et mal nettoyé et plein de mauvaises odeurs. Pas déjeuné à l'hôtel.

El hotel en sí es correcto, pero la celebración de un banquete de comunión junto a las habitaciones de los clientes es un gran error y una falta de consideración para los clientes que necesitamos descansar en nuestra habitación: niños corriendo por los pasillos, música a todo trapo, suciedad... y para colmo la puerta de la escalera golpea sin ningún freno cada vez que se cierra.

Personal muy atento, tanto en recepción como en el restaurante, los menús del día excepcionales.

Hotel correcto. Habitaciones . Las camas muy cómodas (importante!). Hemos recurrido varias veces a este hotel. Vamos por trabajo y creemos buena la relación precio-calidad

Hôtel plein de charme dans un bâtiment ancien situé en plein centre de la ville historique, à l'immédiate proximité des sites et des commerces. Accès un peu compliqué mais une fois arrivé tout est proche. Parking en sous-sol auquel on accède en voiture par un ascenseur !!... une expérience ! Personnel très aimable et disponible. Chambre très propre et confortable.

Hôtel très agréable , au calme , bien placé dans la vieille ville historique , accueil charmant , que du plaisir ! Un petit point négatif , pour l'accès au parking avec l'ascenseur , peu rassurée , j'aurais bien apprécié l'intervention du personnel pour m'y rendre !

Hotel muy bien ubicado en el centro histórico de Úbeda, habitaciones muy confortables y limpias. Un edificio muy bonito y muy tranquilo. Con Parking. Es de los pocos hoteles en el centro que tienen parking, debido a la ubicación del hotel en una calle estrecha.

Es dificil de encontrar, pero calidad precio es perfecto, la habitacion es un 4 estrellas
