Restful room in a beautiful hotel. Walkable to good food and sightseeing in the area.

All the saff (I mean ALL) Were all so welcoming All worked to a very high standard in this elegant Hotel Don Juan. Happy freindly staff their wasnt Anything to much troble for them. The Elegance of the hotel when you walk in Amazing.

Great hotel. Some issues with electrics but hey ho it happens. Not within Their control but all dealt with best they could. Rooms lovely and modern and clean. Food very good. Facilities also very good .

Beautiful property. Well kept. I only stayed for one night. But was happy with my room. They could use a spare blanket in the room, as you only have a sheet to cover with. No biggy, I’m just someone who likes blankets. The luggage hold after check out is nice.. but, be aware that it is far away from reception , and everyone putting luggage there, gets a key. Just make sure you keep your main goods with you. It’s definitely a family hotel. I was solo, so cannot speak to the service, but they were having a mini disco when I got there for the little ones. Also has a very large games room, and jungle Jim for littles. Games take $$

Very basic low value. Paper thin doors. Not enough parking. Spartan accommodations and basic service

Food and staff was excellent. Rooms are sized European and very good but could surprise Americans visiting. Not a complaint just awareness. Hotel is very close to the beach, shopping and attractions. Excellent experience.

The location is a highlight since it is walking distance to the beach, castle, and shopping / restaurants. The price is quite high for what is offered.

It was really good. The hotel is 1 minute walk from the beach. The personnel was nice and attentive at all times. Bedrooms are good size, with a balcony and air-conditioning.

Staff generally seemed miserable and often only spoke Spanish. No pool towels. Constant angry fight with room cleaners for towels. Rooms quite small for 2 adults 2 kids. Buffet repetitive. Not good options for vegetarian and often items contained meat that were on the face of it vegetarian. Lots of good restaurants nearby so consider taking breakfast only and go out for dinner (which is what we should have done) Told off for sitting on couch arms!

When checking in, we were given a very small room that smelled of sewer back up. When we complained, the front desk did change the room which was bigger than the first room but not by much. Although I paid for a full size bed, the room was small.

The room was small for 4 adults, but the huge deck was lovely. Comfy bed, large bathroom. The lack of parking when we arrived on a Saturday was frustrating, and we had to drive around to find a street spot. We didn’t eat there but enjoyed the restaurants nearby. We also didn’t use the pool, but that area could use some updating

This is a great hotel to use as a base for time in the town or car exploration up and down the coast.
