Prior to our arrival, we inquired about the check-in time and the readiness of our room, eager to settle in. Unfortunately, we were met with an unfriendly response from the receptionist, who instructed us to sit and wait, stating that there were two guests ahead of us. Feeling unwelcome, we left and returned at 2 PM, the designated check-in time. When we checked in, I had previously requested firm mattresses for our special occasion—our 20th anniversary. However, the receptionist seemed unprepared and attempted to assign us a room for guests with disabilities, which had a very soft mattress. He did not acknowledge our anniversary at all, which was disappointing. After expressing our concerns, he suggested we check the mattress in the assigned room. Unfortunately, it was too soft for our comfort. When we returned to the front desk, we were informed that all the mattresses in the hotel were the same, and nothing could be done to accommodate us. After waiting at the reception for about 15 minutes, he finally offered to show us another room, which was significantly better and had firmer mattresses. We ended up in a slightly more expensive room at the same rate we originally booked, which was a positive resolution but should have been handled more smoothly. Additionally, we were surprised to learn that a reservation and cash deposit were required to use the spa. Most guests prefer to pay by card

The staff were very friendly, and our room was ready before the guaranteed check-in time. The room itself was clean and spacious. While some of the furniture showed minor chipping, it had no impact on our stay since we were only there to sleep for two nights. One amusing detail was the TV placement: it was mounted on the left side of the bed, squeezed between the bed and the desk, so you couldn’t actually watch it from the bed. The only way to watch comfortably was to move a chair and sit directly in front of it, which we found quite funny rather than frustrating. The hotel is conveniently located, about a 10-minute walk from the city center and close to everything. We also appreciated the ability to store our luggage on the day of departure, which was especially convenient as we had an evening flight.

Great all-round stay. The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to get around, with plenty of food options just steps away. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, which made the stay very pleasant. Would happily stay here again.

I can not comment on Breakfast as we did not have it. The location of hotel was amazing, The staff were so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much they helped straight away with every question/request. The hotel and rooms were immaculate i would definitely stay again

Friendly staff, good location, easy walking distance to bars/restaurants, shopping and main attractions. Parking available although we didn’t use it. Breakfast was fresh, plenty variety and healthy options. Only thing missing for us was a pool but it is city centre!

Hotel is in a good location for visiting Palma, the hotel is clean and the rooms are a good size. Hotel does not have outdoor space or a pool.

Had an amazing stay here for 5 nights. The hotel interiors are beautiful, and the property has a parking garage as well (for €15 per day). The rooms are big, bathrooms are actually huge for european hotels and have a nice balcony as well. Staff is super helpful and they even rent you beach towels. Walkable to major sites in Palma city and also to the airport bus stop. Would stay again!

The room itself was comfortable and tidy, with a cozy bed and decent amenities, though nothing particularly standout. One major downside was the underground parking. It was a nightmare to navigate—tight spaces, confusing signage, and very limited availability. Getting in and out felt unnecessarily stressful, especially after a long day. If you're traveling with a larger vehicle or just prefer hassle-free parking, this could be a serious drawback. On the plus side, the location is convenient, and the property felt safe and well-kept. The hotel offers good value for the price, but I’d recommend they rethink or improve the parking situation. I might stay again, but only if I didn’t need to use the garage.

Good stay

We had a very nice stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The only problem we had was finding the parking the first day and the doors make so much noise when opening and closing. The location is great - walking distance to everything.
